Utah and Iowa both took their first losses of the season in close battles with Pittsburgh and Michigan, respectively.
Because I had a bye in Week 9, I'll do POTWs for both weeks. And to answer Potatoes' question of what my 2011 team ratings are, here you go:
Overall - C+
Offense - B-
Defense - C
Although my defense has played far better than a C, and my offense has played more like a C/C+. It hasn't been easy turning this team around, as there's still some inconsistencies, but overall I'm pleased with how 2011 is going. Already have more wins than 2010.
Week 8 POTW
Offense: Ohio State Sr QB, Terrelle Pryor - 27/32, 362 yards, 11 car, 12 yards, 6 total TD(vs Minnesota)
Offense: Florida Sr QB, John Brantley - 24/42, 290 yards, 10 car, 12 yards. 6 total TDs(at Kentucky)
Defense: Iowa State Sr LE, Patrick Neal - 7 Tkls, 12 TFL, 7 ATK, 5 Sacks, 2 FF(at Missouri)
***If you have any suggestions, constructive criticism, or general comments/questions, please don't hesitate. I have a very linear way of doing this(as you can tell, each article is identical other than it's content) I don't have the greatest abilities when it comes to HTML or creativity in general, but I do as much as I can. This is more of a log of the dynasty for me, to look back on later. Anyone who follows/enjoys it, that's just bonus satisfaction I'm still figuring out how I want to do things, so if there are changes to the format, just know I probably liked that better.
WHEW that was a lot!

I can't believe you had a game go scoreless all the way into the fourth quarter, especially since the box score says there were no turnovers.
Also, every time I read that Carl Winston ran the ball well in one of your games it makes me think of Carl Winslow, the dad in "Family Matters," running through the Oregon defense.
