I was down 10-0 in the 2nd quarter, and then outscored them 52-10 in the remaining 3 quarters.

I was POURING rain! My defense seems like it was built for sloppy conditions since we came up with 5 turnovers, with 2 returned for touchdowns!

Our special teams came up big too, with Jacoby Ford returning a kickoff for a touchdown and we blocked a punt, which gave us a posession at their 1 yard line.

The offense wasn't too bad. The run game never got going, and Murray averaged just 1.something a carry when he had over 20 touches. Whitehurst had his best game so far, throwing it down-field a couple of times and having a few huge touchdowns from Amendola and Miller.

It was a good game for us, not so much for the heavily favored Packers. We now head into the bye week undefeated at 3-0 with our next game at home against Denver. We won't take them lightly, but with the way our defense has been playing, we don't expect anything less than what we seen this week, going up against one of the top offenses in the league.

Very Impressive Franchise story. I read it from beginning to end. Very impressed with the Ice Cube as an owner which is 2 thumbs up
Will be following! Hope that you keep the 3 game winning streak going and I'm too curious about Pryor!

This remains a great read, interested to see if the Raiders can maintain the momentum from this hot start.

I was thinking of doing a Raiders franchise myself with the "Al Davis stepping down" storyline, but now I don't need to as I can just read this lol. Nice job man

Thanks.

The 3-game streak was very surprising as each game went on, especially with what happened in the game @ Green Bay and now with a bye week, We have a good chance of keeping it going. For a few more weeks at least.

Thanks for following!

The Davis storyline is definiately why I chose the Raiders. Giving the team new management and starting fresh is probably what the team needs in reality.

But don't let me stop you from doing your own!

------------

I'll be playing Week 5 today or tonight most likely, so expect another update later.

Jesus Christ, you literally grabbed the Packers by the horns and ****ed them in the ***.

Keep the dominance going. And as former owner Al Davis would say, Just Win Baby!

Week 5 2011 Results

Week 5 - 2011 - vs. Denver

[BOX SCORE COMING SOON]

I went into this game thinking it would be my time to lose. Whitehurst threw an interception on just a dumb read, but we were able to rebound quickly being pinned back at our 8 yard line, Whitehurst finds Emmanuel Sanders for a 92 yard strike, setting the tone for the rest of the game.

We were hitting big plays in the air and the ground when Murray broke a run for 70+ yards, his first splash play of his career. He also got a 30+ yarder later on in the game, shown below. I was finally impressed by him and his strength as he shoved Brian Dawkins to the ground.

Whitehurst found Louis Murphy for two wide open TDs that were also huge plays. I believe they were 50 and 70+ yards each. One was the Hail Mary play at the end of the first half shown below that was tipped and caught!

The bad side for us was our defense. We had a few takeaways, but let Denver get too many big plays including a 90+ yard run by Moreno and they nearly came back to tie within 2:00. Hardly impressive and not what I like to see 4-0 or not.

Hail Mary with 0:04 left in the first half - tipped!
