You're making a good job of this franchise. I'm curious as to what settings/sliders you're playing on. Thanks.

Re: All Grown up now. The 2016 Seattle Seahawks

Seattle outlasts Carolina in defensive struggle 23-14

Seattle - The Seahawks finally faced a defense that could slow them down, but Thomas Rawls ran for two touchdowns, and the Seahawks picked off Cam Newton twice, to overcome an impressive effort from the Panthers on Sunday. The score at half reflected the defensive struggle that the two teams were engaged in as it was 7-5 going into the break, but Seattle was able to open up to start the second half as the opening drive led to a Jimmy Graham touchdown catch. However a missed extra point kept the Panthers within striking distance. Carolina took over the lead to start the fourth quarter after a Cam Newton touchdown pass, but Seattle would score the final ten points to close out another victory. Seattle is now an incredible 11-1 on the season, and will look to keep the streak alive this Sunday as they travel to Lambeau Field to take on the Packers. That game kicks off at 1:25 pm.

First batch of teams eliminated from post season contention

Although many teams have known their fates for weeks. The first group of teams were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention this week, as the Chicago Bears, New York Jets, and Pittsburgh Steelers are all officially planning for the off season. The most surprising name in this group is obviously the Steelers, who were never able to overcome an early season injury to star QB Ben Roethlisberger and work there way back. Hopefully he can get healthy in the offseason and the Steelers will be back into championship contention like many thought they would be this season.

Re: All Grown up now. The 2016 Seattle Seahawks

Week 14 Preview

Green Bay - The Seahawks and Packers will continue their eventful rivalry, this time with a December game at Lambeau Field. From fail marys to all time NFC Championship comebacks, to the Packers watching as the Seahawks raised their only Championship banner in the 2014 opener, this rivalry has had more big moments than maybe any other in the NFL in recent memory. Other than last year's affair at Lambeau, the Seahawks have gotten the better of the Packers in this series winning 4 of the last 5 games between the two. Seattle is obviously coming into this one as the hottest team in the league, while Green Bay is fighting for their playoff lives. It should make for an epic affair this Sunday afternoon at Lambeau Field. The game is a late start at 1:25 pm.

Re: All Grown up now. The 2016 Seattle Seahawks

Seahawks defense overcomes shaky outing from Wilson in 20-12 road victory, Clinches NFC West

Green Bay - The Seattle Seahawks managed to hold the Packers high powered offense to just two field goals, and despite Russell Wilson's shaky 3 INT performance he was able to toss two touchdowns as well in a 20-12 victory at Lambeau Field. Seattle's defense wreaked havoc on Aaron Rodgers and company forcing two interceptions from the Packers star signal caller, while holding running back Eddie Lacy to just 23 yards rushing. Thomas Rawls was able to get off on the other side collecting 141 yards, and going over 1,000 for the season with three games left to go. The victory also ensured a playoff spot for the fifth straight season for Seattle, as they clinched the NFC West with the victory. The win also catapulted the Minnesota Vikings to the NFC North title. Seattle will have a quick turnaround as they prepare for a Thursday Night battle with the only team to have defeated them this season as the Los Angeles Rams come to town. That game will start at 5:25 pm at CenturyLink Field.

Re: All Grown up now. The 2016 Seattle Seahawks

Week 15 Preview

The only team to blemish the Seahawks record this year will come to town again this Thursday Night, as the Los Angeles Rams look to continue their push to the playoffs with another upset in Seattle. The Seahawks have ripped off 11 straight wins since their loss to the Rams in Week 2, and have already locked up the NFC West. They can wrap up Home Field advantage this weekend with a win and losses by the Vikings and Giants. This game looks to be a defensive struggle featuring two of the top five ranked defenses in the league, and the propensity for the Thursday Night matchups to be low scoring anyway. The game kicks off at 5:25pm from CenturyLink Field.

Week 15 Power Rankings

The top five remained the same this week as all of the NFL powers are cementing their elite status heading into the playoffs. The 12-1 Seahawks stay at number two as the Giants just cant seem to lose either, and have played a much tougher schedule to date.
