Bucs Announce Resignings

Bucs have announced that they have resigned MLB Barrett Ruud. Ruud has agreed to a 5 year, $20.65 million dollar deal with a signing bonus of $7.50 million. Ruud has led the NFL with 37 sacks over the last 26 games. He has also had 43 tackles for loss. He is one of the building blocks for this defense and this deal solidifies that.

Other resignings are LB Bobby Carpenter and QB Dorrell Parker. Carpenter signed a $1.33 million dollar deal over 3 years. It includes a $500K signing bonus. Bobby has 20 tackles and 1 sack over the past 26 games with the Bucs. Parker signed a $650K deal over 2 years with a $100K signing bonus. Dorrell has been the backup quarterback for the Bucs this year.
