The Bucs let Greg Olson leave to become the Detroit Lions' new QB coach and Assistant Head Coach. The Bucs have hired Dirk Koetter to replace him. Dirk was the Head Coach for Arizona State from 2001-2006 and the Jaguars Offensive Coordinator from 2007-2009.
