Nightmare day for QB Jalon Daniels - he threw 3 interceptions - the Tiger's secondary was literarly everywhere. The Jayhawks had a comeback win after being behind 0-10 early. Kansas scored their game winning TD late in the 4th quarter with 13 seconds to go.

I really don't understand how I managed to win this game. The Sooner's defense was virtually everywhere - I can't remember that I've had so many plays for negative yards in a football game. But what can I say - my defense performed even better. The Sooners had their weak spot in defending passes underneath - I exploited it ruthlessly.

In year 2 my defenses have become to dominant in both dynasties I'm currently playing.

Therefore I introduce an immediate rule change:

My defense coordinator will be responsible for play calling, which means, I will always pick the play in middle (PS3: x-button). No adjustments allowed.

This is really a blow, because adjusting my play calling to what the opponent is doing is one of the fun factors for me when I play a football video game.

#7 Kansas @ Tulsa 31-24 2nd OT

Kansas scored their first offensive TD with 12 seconds to go in the 4th quarter - the first one was a pick 6. But the Jayhawks won and are still undefeated.


Tulsa would have deserved the victory but they didn't cash in enough turnover points off 4 interceptions and 1 fumble recovery.

#6 Kansas @ Nebraska 46-24

Nebraska started strong on both sides of the ball. Cornhuskers' QB Smothers was unstoppable on option plays, but he could also throw the ball to his receivers when necessary.

Jayhawk's QB Jalon Daniels was keen to bounce back from 4 interceptions in the Tulsa game, but he started with another interception on his first throw. I thought about benching him at half time, but then he put up his best performance this season so far, throwing for 3 TD and rushing for another one.

Nebraska lost the game in the 3rd quarter. Smothers turned the ball over, but the Jayhawks weren't able to score a TD on 4&goal. This goalline stand led to 2 points for the Jayhawks just one play later.
