We already know that a few things about MLB 14 The Show:

1. There will be no World Baseball Classic mode / teams due to no license
2. Generated counts will be implemented. No 0-0 counts and can't use it in RTTS. Also you CAN'T turn it off mid-game.
3. The stadiums for The Show on PS4 will be build from scratch.
4. There will be a new dynamic camera angle added. (Offense & Defense)
5. Base running code has been totally redone. Rounding bases & running animations were fixed and added.
6. Facial hair. No two beards will be exactly alike due to modelling done by The Show team.
7. Pitch history from previous pitcher/batter face off by clicking L3.
8. Online franchise will be a new game mode added to The Show.
9. Might be a 5 man infield shift for pull hitters. {Not confirmed but speculated.}
10. New / updated swings and follow-through's will be added. Players and generic.

Can't wait for the drop of The Show 14.

Am I the only one who is wondering if the scorebug is going to be shown DURING plays instead of just while pitching? Every time you get base hit or fly ball or whatever, the scorebeug disappears! That kills me every time!!

This is on my wishlist as well but I think it is like that so we have full view when the ball is play. Maybe they could add it as an option to have the scorebug always on.
