I mean, it isn't to unrealistic to obtain Sanchez for someone like Lee(if he was pitching well, try and get his stats back to normal and then you can get a big package out of him probs), but you'd need more then just Sanchez for a decent deal... so I think you would probably be better off shipping Lee off to Texas for Alfaro and a few other good impact prospects. He may not come up right away but he can definetely replace him sooner or later. Kendrick could always get you A.J Jiminez considering how he is pitching. Jimenez is a great fielder with a decent bat.... 70 OVR C POT, not terrible and could replace Ruiz until you can grab a real catcher.

Yeah, I could send Lee to NYY but I don't think their farm system has much other than him to give me, so I'm not sure I'd deal Lee for him. The Jiminez idea is nice though! I really like his fielding attributes and I suppose anything he could give me with the bat would be a plus with that.

So, in my Astros franchise (2nd season), I desperately need a 3rd OF. I'm getting zero production from my LF'ers, which is usually a pretty big offensive output position.

I'm looking at 2 different guys.

I would love to get Alex Gordon. Royals are basically in the same exact position I am in. They are 1.5 games out of the lead in their division. What I'm thinking is this:

I get:
Alex Gordon - Hitting .255 with 4 HRs and 16 RBIs in 25 games

Royals get:
Asher Wojciechski - 3-1 with a 3.34 ERA in the majors this season
Nolan Fontana
Andrew Aplin

25 games into the season might too early right now for the Royals to even (realistically) consider trading, but I would love to get him.

The other option I was looking at was Mike Morse in San Francisco. The Giants are 8 games behind the D-Backs. The deal I'm looking at possibly doing for Morse is:

I get:
Mike Morse

Giants get:
Scott Feldman
Robbie Grossman

Feldman is struggling so far this season, so he might not be a very good option. I could also consider trading Brett Oberholtzer instead, who has a 2.43 ERA.

What do you guys think about these two possibilities?

If the giants are struggling I'm not sure they'd want Feldman, but Grossman would be nice for them. As for Gordon, you might want to wait some more to see if they fall out of the race or if he continues to struggle.

If the giants are struggling I'm not sure they'd want Feldman, but Grossman would be nice for them. As for Gordon, you might want to wait some more to see if they fall out of the race or if he continues to struggle.

That's a really good point.

I'll wait. If we stay in the hunt and the Giants continue to struggle, I'll look for a better deal for them.

How well are Tabata/ Snyder getting on base? In my opinion the Braves need some more tablesetters for their power hitters. Right now I think they have too many high power high strikeout guys and a guy like Freddie Freeman who is good enough to keep it in check for the most part.

Tabata has a .374 obp batting .296 14 rbis and 3hrs in late May. Snyder has a .321 obp batting a paltry .198 with 8 ribs and 2 hrs.

I'll have to see how Lee does for the next month, and if I want to keep up with the Lee to LAD deal for Pederson. Sounds pretty nice. If you want you could do the deal I did-- Lee to the B-Jays for Aaron Sanchez, Jimenez, D.J. Davis, and Roberto Osuna, it depends on what you want. I wanted to get pitching and an OF, so I took this deal. If you want a stud OF and a great IFer I would go to the Dodgers. Just depends on the liking tbh. Both would work fine. For Burnett, if you want you can try and pair him with Byrd like I did and work to get a B Pot prospect paired with a High C, I got Nick Martinez and a high C MLB ready pitcher, and burnett was pitching lights out. Just look for a team that needs a corner OFer(or DH) and a nice pitcher to help file in for a playoff run and tell me what you find

It's fine, idc if you copy my move haha. Sending them to the Royals actually isn't a bad idea. If you're going to do the Blue Jays trade I think Bubba Starling plus another C prospect would make the most sense, as you can eventually have him, Brown(if kept) and D.J. Davis manning the OF. You get a CFer with speed, good fielding, and power as well as contact. If you do the Dodgers one I would go for Almonte/Manaea, two SPs with good potential and great abilities. Dozier is good but as long as you develop JP Crawford's training you will have SS/3B covered(franco), and Dozier is a 3B, and either way probably wouldn't make the move to SS.

I don't know haha! Sorry in advance if I clog up the thread again, but that Jays deal is enticing. I may stick with the LAD deal, just depends how things pan out.
