    .255/.326/.507, 35 HR, 82 RBIs, 127 Ks, 51 BB, in 566 PAs and 139 games.

What do you think his value may be?

Figured I'd bump this up since it's been a few days.

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

So I am 3 days from the trade deadline (2015), and I am still trying to make deals for contending teams.

I really need to do something for St Louis. They are leading the NL Central by 3 games over the Brewers.

They currently have Taveras coming off a NL ROY season playing even better hitting .294 with 18 HR 57 RBI in LF

          M. Holliday (.287 11 HR 42 RBI) and A. Craig (.277 18 HR 66 RBI, never dealt him to Boston last year because it didn't make sense at the time) in RF plus Bourjous (.262 9 HR 38 RBI 13 SB) in CF, with J. Jay (75/C) and Piscotty (83/A) as reserves and Grichuk (79/C) in AAA.

They still have Wainwright, Wacha, Miller, Lynn in the rotation, with J. Garcia pitching out of the bullpen and M. Gonzales (86/B) having a solid year in AAA. They also have a 20 yr old SP in AAA named A. Reyes (draft pick) who is a 74/A), plus C. Martinez (80/B) pitching as the CP in AAA with 29 saves.

I was thinking about doing a 3 way trade with Miami and Boston.

Miami is 45-59 and has no budget to offer Stanton a max deal well Boston is currently 8.5 GB of the Rays in the East but are leading the AL W.C.

Boston needs help in the OF. Betts is hitting .198 and was demoted to AAA. Bradley is hitting .262 with 3 HR and 19 RBI, Holt is hitting .247 with 1 HR 1 11 RBI, Gomes is hitting .249 with 12 HR 25 RBI, Victorinio is hitting .236 with 7 HR and 34 RBI.

Boston could also use some help in their bullpen, Uehara has a 4.25 ERA with 26 saves.

My thought was Stanton to St Louis, Craig and Chisek (2.96 ERA 24 saves) to Boston and then both teams putting in players to Miami.

Boston signed M. Prado last year and he is currently playing 3B and Middlebrooks is in AAA.

          Miami needs both a 1B and a 3B as well as a 2B.

So my thought was Middlebrooks (77/C) and a SP Ranaudo (77/A) in AAA from Boston plus maybe Betts (68/B)

and from St Louis-Piscotty replace Stanton in the OF, C. Martinez (replace Chisek as the CP) plus either J. Kelly/L. Lynn/J. Garcia and M. Gonzales.

Other players who might be good for Miami are 1B X. Scruggs (76/C) hittin .284 with 10 52 RBI in AAA or 2B K. Wong (72/C) currently in AA.

I can only offer this much, if you are looking for realism, the Ground Control leaks showed the MIA will want Correa + Springer to start talks.

Would LAD trade Y.Puig for G.Stanton?

I'm inclined to say no. Puig is worse than Stanton but he's got way more years of control and isn't going to be nearly as expensive.

None of those teams really need 4OFs, and generally your 4OF isn't a platoon LF. Also, 4OFs are usually developed more than they're traded for. Find a team that needs a platoon.

I'd like to say Toronto's an option because Rasmus and Melky are FAs after the season

I don't think we'd give up much for him, but sure, why not.

What is Chris Davis (BAL) worth with stats like this: .225/.294/.385 16/44 over 102 games?

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

The Brewers and Diamondbacks are both done for the season as far as the postseason goes, with Milwaukee in second and 13 games out, while Arizona sits in last place and 20 games out, so this trade would essentially be for next season.

Milwaukee Receives: Mark Trumbo, Gerardo Parra

Arizona Receives: Jimmy Nelson, Mitch Haniger

Trumbo is having a very good season for the last place Diamondbacks, hitting .261 with 18 home runs, while Parra is hitting .279 with 7 home runs.

Haniger is hitting .237 with 7 home runs in 97 games with Milwaukee's AA affiliate, while Nelson is 3-1 with a 3.13 ERA in 6 starts with Milwaukee.

If you were the Brewers or Diamondbacks, would you do this trade?

I'm trying to use the real life trade as a way to improve both teams.
