I think Urias, Pederson AND Seager is a bit much for Lee. They're all underrated. 2 of them + Zach Lee would be totally fine though.

I don't think that any of them are underrated because from my knowledge they are 3 of the top 5 prospects in the farm system.

Yeah, but there aren't many other prospects. League wide, they deserve more recognition imo. They're all top 30 prospects in my book. It'd be hard to justify trading Cliff Lee for ALL of them.

Oh yea definitely not all three for Lee even if the Phillies play every cent of Lee's contract. And I would agree with you that Urias and Seager need more attention but I think Pederson is getting enough attention due to the status of the Dodgers outfield.

Ok so I'm gonna start up a mets franchise soon and I'm still working out which trades I'm going to make here's some of the trades I've been thinking about, any feedback is greatly appreciated

Jed Lowrie for Dillon Gee + Kevin Plawecki

Starlin Castro for Raphael Montero + Nimmo/Flores

JJ Hardy for Jon Niese

Michael Brantley for Jon Niese or Dillon Gee + Domingo Tapia

Cespedes for Montero + Niese + Nimmo

Ok thanks, Castro is probably the player I want most other than cespedes so it's good to here that one works well
Any ideas on how to make some of the other trades work though?

First one is okay, second one is a big rip off in your favor, third is okay, fourth you're losing big time, fifth is a big rip off in your favor (all imo).

Do you think Brantley for Gee straight up is fair or would I still be losing that trade?

Also what do you think would need to be added to make the trade for Castro work

Would Dominic Smith + Montero + Niese for Cespedes work or would I still need to add more

Too far on the other side haha, Gee for Brantly is a bit of a rip for you.

Niese is a perfect target for Oakland. Smith is a solid piece too. Anyone else besides Montero?

Hmm I'm a bit reluctant to but I think I'd be willing to part with wheeler but he seems pretty much the same value as cespedes if not more so so what about something along the lines of wheeler + Niese + Plawecki for Cespedes + Lowrie?
Or maybe wheeler + smith + Plawecki for them if that's not enough

I think you might be under valuing Montero a little he seems to be on a completely different level than the other players you mentioned as alternatives to him in terms of value imo, also Ike Davis is no longer a Met

I realize but I wasn't sure if you were going OD rosters or not.

He's probably more valuable yeah but I was trying to think about the A's M/O with positional flexibility and defense-first. Montero totally works as a piece though, just think they'd like the other pieces too.

Padres fans, what do you think Chase Headley is worth? He's a rental and I'd be willing to deal Dickey for him and a prospect. Nobody else seems willing to deal for him and I'd like to get him as part of a trade for another guy I like too.
