No one knows how to hide the ball when pitching?

Or how to throw harder towards a base?

There is no option to hide the ball when pitching.

Throw harder for a pickoff or fielding?

Will try analog fielding, used to button fielding so I figured the longer I hold down the base button the harder it with throw but doesn't seem to be the case this year.

Do you preload your throws or are you still pressing while the fielder has the ball?

On top of that I asked THREE times......thanks again for all the help and support. Is there amother forum you nice people recommend I go to? One that may be a lot more helpful?

Do you preload your throws or are you still pressing while the fielder has the ball?

I press as soon as the fielder catches it. Isthat wrong? Am I supposed to throw to the base before he catches it?

When you say preload the throws, is that pressing the button before the player has fielded the ball?

I'm asking because I'm experiencing the same thing, doesn't seem to matter how hard I press the ball doesn't have that extra zip.

Anyone else notice the ivy at Wrigley is green in April? I know in past games it was brown in April and became green later in the season. Bug?

I'd say it's more likely a "ran out of time" thing. I noticed this when I was playing my first game yesterday too - that it was already full green at the start of May. I just think they may not have had time to get the Ivy growth into the next-gen stadium.

I am having problems in franchise, when I end spring training my lineups and roster resets and they send players down to triple a. Also all of my setting are set at manual. Any help

Are you sure your profile is set to manual? And was your roster at 25 at the end of spring?

Yeah if you have more than 25 after spring it changes it even though its on manual.

The show is very animation driven and to yield the smoothest quickest throws it is beneficial to preload your throws (pressing the targeted base before the player catches the ball). Not to be too complicated there are multiple branch points(specific points during the animation where you can get your throw off) during a catch, the more you can capitalize on the early end of the catch animation branch point the more successful you will be.
