re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
This might not be the exact correct place to post this but I definitely wanted to post it so we could get some attention on this issue.
Team colors in the player editor are limited and often incorrect. Colors that should be added include:- Blue Jays color 2 should be red
- Brewers color 3 should be yellow
- Cardinals color 2 should be navy blue
- Dodgers color 2 should be red
Also, a few other colors could be flipped so they're consistent they include:- Orioles color 1 should be black, color 2 should be orange
- Pirates color 1 should be black, color 2 should be yellow
- Giants color 1 should be black, color 2 should be orange
^These are based off the Miami Marlins color 1 being black and color 2 orange.Comment

Pirates black alternate uniforms reflect too much grey, making them look very washed out.Comment

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
The Rockies' black alternate has been wrong for literally over a decade at this point. Even putting aside that it should be a vest instead of a sleeved jersey (I'm guessing there was no room for the separate texture in PS3 era) the sleeves should be black instead of purple.Impact de Montréal

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
This isn't really directed to the scea team but I find it ridiculous that the mlb teams don't even follow the style guide, yet the scea team had to abide by it.
I'm pretty sure absolutely nothing would happen to scea if they just went off real life uniforms..but I get it. I'm going to write mlb a letter on behalf of the show fans to asking to give Scea freedom to make minor uniform adjustments made by mlb team.
Anyway back to uniform errors.. Astros throwback with rainbow shoulders should be off-white or white, but not gray.Comment

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
Few different corrections for the Twins needed, so bear with me.
Pictures 1&2: First problem, the Twins home cap doesn't have the gold outline. The blue on the hat also seems to be too light in the game, the real life caps almost look black sometimes, should be a darker shade of Navy.
Picture 3: Not sure what happened, but the catcher helmets for all uni sets don't have the "TC" logo on the back. Twins do have logos on the catcher helmets.
Pictures 4&5: In-game, the Twins still use their "M" helmets with their Home-Alts. The Twins haven't used the "M" logo in 4 years, and haven't used it on their helmets in at least 15 years. They use the TC logo for all uniform sets, as shown by the picture of Dozier.Comment

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
Twins uni's continued.....
Pictures 1&2: In-game, the Road-Alt jerseys have the wrong number color on the back. The number color IS and SHOULD BE white on the front. It SHOULD NOT BE white, however, on the back. It SHOULD BE red, as shown by the pic of Dozier. (Not trying to sound angry there, just trying to emphasize what the colors should and shouldn't be)
Pictures 3&4: One tiny little adjustment needed for the Patch on the Home unis. The patch used in game is an older patch, seen by the yellow outline and use of the Twins logo from 2009. The Twins switched to the patch seen in the 2nd picture in 2015.Comment

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
In MLB 15 the sleeves were black in the game.
In MLB 16 they were back to purple.
Last year, on here and twitter Ramone said several times that the sleeves were purple in the style so they had to be purple in the game. This year he confirms that the sleeves are black in the style guide and they will be black in the game.
So it looks like the Rockies finally updated the style guide. Now as long as Bud Black is back in the game as Rockies manager then all the Rockies fans will be happy!
P.S. Please make sure Bud Black is in the gameLast edited by dran1984; 12-23-2016, 02:38 AM.Comment

No teams had logos on the catchers helmets for some reason.
On a Semi-related note : In the cut scenes all the base coaches would be wearing hats instead of helmets as they should.Comment

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
Hopefully these changes made it into the style guide.
The Diamondbacks have made changes to their uniforms this year. They've also added teal socks/cleats when they wear the home/away jerseys with teal accents.

Royals have a new Friday Alternate
Nationals have a new White Alternate top and hats to go along with them. This new jersey will replace the old blue alternate they've had.

If MLB is going to make you follow the guide they should make sure the guide stays up-to-date. It's pretty ridiculous that a sports league worth billions of dollars can't manage to do that.Impact de Montréal

re: Problems and Issues with current/throwback Uniforms
The Marlins team colour Orange isn't the correct shade of Orange compared to their jerseys.
Here's a pic i found on google real quick:
The colour of sleeve and the orange on the cleats are not the same shade of orange as their jersey.NFL : Atlanta Falcons
MLB : Toronto Blue Jays
