Man I am disappointed what you are saying about the Phillies. I am from Philly and I always play as them. This stinks.

I know how you feel, I love using the Cubs 1982 jerseys, especially on the road, but a few years they've been wrong. In 15, they also had no name on the back when there should have been, and 16, the pants were grey when they should have been white. Also, for many years, the home numbers were red when they should have been blue. It's a bummer if that's the team you use.

Being the baseball historian that I am, I love the new jerseys they added for Washington, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh.

Well I am a season mode guy and since they took that out this year I probably won't buy. I am not a franchise guy. Is the presentation better this year them last year? Are you playing on pro? I have a slim and HDTV. How does it look if you don't have pro?

I think the presentation is slightly better in terms of colors and stat displays / menus, but the commentary (still part of presentation) needs to be re-worked.

I'm playing on a PS4 Pro and it looks great. I don't use an HDTV though, I use my Acer Predator 28" monitor and looks great.

just watched 4 games in my franchise mode with QC and the stats are looking great! i even saw a 1 walk game and a 2 walk game and the strikeouts are right on so far they have really done a good job with that which is huge for me only thing i use with my MOM mode. gameplay is so much more realistic ball off the bat is amazing fielding animations are beautiful. so many little things players are more polished looks nothing like 17 as far as watching the games. i love everything ive seen so far in spring training. GREAT JOB SDS! thought i was going to be playing my OOTP!

one question though in my OOTP game which now has MLB presentation they signed with last year i had a situation where my pitcher beaned the batter he charged the mound you could see it in the new 3d then later in the news my pitcher was suspended for 7 games and the hitter was suspended for 3 games for coming after my pitcher???

I set up franchise but cant get exhibition schedule ??? start on opening day??
so far not so good!!

You should've had a choice to start in Spring Training or opening day.

My digital download code from BB will not work yet either.
I was really close to taking off work today to play this game, glad I didn't.
They are telling me my code will be activated in the next 24-48 hours.

Man SDS doubled down on the dumb crap. I made a thread about moving the batter pitcher analysis back to the d pad or touch pad because it was buried in the pause menu. It was acknowledged by a dev stating it was on the priority list. Not only did they bury, but bury it deeper into the menus. They give us the generic pitcher breakdown instead of batter pitcher analysis. Batter Pitcher analysis went from a quick d pad push, to a pause and scroll down to stats, til pause R1 4,000 right stick clicks to stats window. Just blatant ignorance.

I dont like that pitch counts are not in the score bug anymore. And I haven't figured out how to import / export players in franchise.

So your saying crowds aren't pumped up on big plays?

Not sure, haven't really had a big play yet. But no not the crowd noise exactly, like when they all cheer for a hit ect. , just when they do the team chants,yells and some of the other stadium sounds. I just think they could be a bit louder, even using headphones i can only just hear them.

First impression: I'm going to have difficulty putting this game down. Ball physics, hit variety, fielding variety, ratings-based play, runner speeds are really well-tuned out of the box. Super impressed gameplay-wise....which is my number 1 priority.

I have seen some streams where the Pitch Count is in the score bug, and ive seen a stream where it is not there

Definitely a fan of how the screen does not fade after you foul a pitch or take a strike! This killed my eyes over the years!

It feels a lot more natural when getting ready for the next pitch! I hope they don't patch it out! I am going to download a copy on my regular PS4 incase they do LOL!

Didn't they say the regression is going to be gradual? And the one developer on here said only from the age of 34 (didn't make sense when I read it and thought he might've had it wrong...but still thought it would be gradual)...mmm

I know, was shocked and no option but to take the massive cut. Never thought they were doing it like that.
