Losing your number gets annoying. It happens when someone with a higher overall on your team has that as their preferred number. Perhaps that could be adjusted in MLB 19.

This is not true. I had a player that was a 99 overall and lost my number to a guy that was acquired with a much lower rating.

Please make it an option under uniforms for, “high socks,” to be turned to, “sometimes.” Multiple players where their socks high some games while wearing their pant legs down others.

Air Jordan cleats please, especially since guys like Manny Machado, Tyson Ross, Marcus Stroman, and Gio Gonzalez wear them !!! If anything just get rid of those Nike lunars, since most players don’t wear them anymore, and please allow us to edit the new balance cleats logos into team colors if we like.

After watching last night on ESPN, I'd love them to put the Williamsport Little League ballpark in the game for next year. And the Players Weekend uniforms would be perfect as well.

Revamp the progression/regression system - and add in editable progression/regression curves. Would love for there to be a scouting accuracy attribute as well (0 would be entirely results driven progression/regression, 99 would follow the curve to a T).

Even better remove everything from the season except small results boosts and maybe a slight change over the all-star break. Make progression/regression more involved and something to add some spice into the off season, like an end of season player/coach meeting.

More sliders - Separate CPU manager hook into SP and RP. Add in position player stamina (effects player's energy drain per game just like the pitching stamina sliders effect energy per pitch).

Even more uniforms - and custom uniforms for teams please. I really want those white panel hats for the Jays. I know The Show has limited slots (for whatever reason, I don't judge) but there has to be some way to expand that number now that we aren't shackled to the PS3 anymore.

I also know that SDS has to adhere to the MLB style guide, but if there is any way that they can use some pull to get teams to properly update that thing (or burn it) that would be very much appreciated.

I think that's a pretty decent top three wishes.

I would love baggy uniforms of course how fun would that be I would like to be able to control jersey numbers better. And create a batting stance I would like to be able to have the player bend over from the waist and be able to pick from the waist up and the waist down and combine them. Thanks for the great baseball game I love it

I've been clicking this thread for months and never even realized.

I like the idea of progression curves, but I would want them to be hidden. Perhaps revamp the training system to go with it. Based on MLB ETA (supplied by scouts, updated anually by your farm director), age, and skill, you assign each prospect a development plan. If all indications are that a player should be ready soon, you can get him on a sort of fast-track plan to prep him quickly. But maybe if your scouts are wrong, you stunt his growth. Or the opposite if you want to let a player marinate but he's ready for more.

Mess up the former, and you might ruin a prospect (or give up on him too early, trade him, and watch him blossom elsewhere). Mess up the latter way, and you waste a few seasons of what should be major-league production.

Automate the whole thing for players who don't care about managing their farm system.

I'd also like to see the fielder ability/fielder speed baserunner ability/baserunner speed sliders to have a user one and a cpu one

Not talking features really but these are aspects of the game I wish they would improve:

-UNBUTTONED jerseys
-Authentic Broadcast sound/audio
-More crowd chants/organ sounds
-Authentic real life backdrops for every single stadium in MLB (Behind home plate area) (Nailing stadiums in general as it is somewhat of a weakness to me)
-More animations post strikeout for emotion regarding pitchers
-More batter walkup animations-segway into at-bats
-Fluid commentary that sounds like real lines seen on TV with natural flow. (NBA 2K does this)
-Catcher framing for strikes
-Outfielder animations for throwing balls into the crowd for every 3rd out of an inning
-Excitement following a major out to end an inning w/commentary alongside to reflect the moment
-Non Roster Invitees for Spring training
-Showing the results and box scores for All Star weekend events when summed (HR derby winner)

been said before but obviously, create-a-basketball arena hella lot easier trick than create-a-baseball field/park/stadium.

Harder than create a basketball court? I don't know that it would be harder but it is more involved.

Basketball courts are all the same size and dimensions. Outside of the actual diamond, base paths, and pitcher mound to home plate distance, nothing else is equal between two baseball parks. Outfield wall dimensions, size, angle, etc....are all/can be different between parks, thus meaning the creation tool has to be more in depth, at least I would think, than that of creating a basketball court.

Give us 5 options of diff dimensions, wall height, wall texture, stadium size etc.
The Show is SCEA's baby they could add so much more.
We have had the same generic Minor League Stadiums for years now.
If they cant implement Create A Stadium give us some more realistic looking minor league Stadiums and not Retro Mode. They need to add some new flavor and look to the game cause in my opinion as much as I love The Show to me its getting really stale
