Well, the stream schedule's accuracy is confirmed. Points for truth in advertising! March 7th came and went. The franchise mode player got exactly what the schedule said--a little ditty about contracts on a stream mainly dedicated to another mode. And nothing else.

Is there anyone on here who can compile together for me full custom stadium sounds specific to each stadium and team? This would include crowd noise for home runs etc as the crowd noise on previous versions is terrible. Please PM me if you can do this for me as I will p ay for the help.

Even as a big Diamond Dynasty player I always find this weeks stream kinda boring. I’ll find out the ratings when I get the game.

I hope there is a little more involved than just card reveals. During the moments stream a few weeks ago it seemed like they were holding back a few details for this stream.

I hope so. Hoping we get a look at the non moments challenges and missions. And I still have fingers crossed for the return of career stats missions.

I hope there is a little more involved than just card reveals. During the moments stream a few weeks ago it seemed like they were holding back a few details for this stream.

They hinted on Twitter about something they are calling “Team Affinity” as something they are talking about this week. No idea what that will entail, but I’m hoping they dive a bit into other programs for the year.

It's a rebranded Team Epics by the sounds of things, that also involves Mto.

EDIT in fact the gamestop Monday video is out and it pretty much confirms this, you get team rewards by playing innings with said teams (Mto was confirmed part of it by Tips iirc)

Also, it looks like Immortals have been replaced with "Signature Series" cards, that sounds suspiciously like immortals... Apparently most, if not all will be 99's and will be the best version of the best cards on the game. No word on whether they represent a single season or not, but if they are 99's then it's hard to see how they can be, unless they've changed the ratings system again?

Nothing in that video bothered me at all and I liked the team affinity. Seems like you can unlock team specific rewards simply by playing with members of that team. Hopefully it is not all of the same team specific items from MTO.

My preference would always be skill based over mindless grind, so hitting homers/stolen bases with team members instead of just innings played, but innings played is still hugely preferable over the truly awful innings pitched ones from last year

Found it, thanks.

Yeah so none of that seemed bad. But none of it really showed if the stupid grind from last year is truly gone.

I like the Team Affinity thing, I love collecting Yankee stuff every year so that will give me more to do. And hopefully there will be a really great card at the end to really shoot for. Maybe a Gehrig AS or PS card or something.

I’m gonna hold my breath on the Signature series stuff. That could go either way.
