Absolutely love the game ...however ...just a thought of things I try and disregard..

    1- The slide step
2-“ Well we will see how he pitches with no sleep”
3- Heidi Watney “Flat out “ ect.

    Just saying...lol

Haven't played this game since 2017. Played around 5 games so far, and must say it really is a tight, smooth game. Graphics are great and love the experience.

My only grip is the bat/contact sound, and subtracts from the immersion. Even with solid contact it sounds like a foul tip or off the end of the bat. There isn't that crack, or distinct sound of a ball making contact with a bat.

After several adjustment of the volume, sound levels,etc...it appears the bat sounds are to low in proportion to the other sound levels, crowd, announcer, etc... Can this be tuned in a patch?

What are the odds my first two perfect-perfect hits would be outs? Both hits died in Death Valley at Yankee stadium. It felt like I hit them to the moon, lol. Show Karma!

The back peddle animations by the outfielders are fantastic this year.

I did experience the frozen first baseman again on a grounder to first. It happened last year too.

Have you looked to see if there is a setting within the Pure Analog throw for meter "Hidden" or something like that where it is not "off" you just can't see it. That makes the throw dependent on the attributes, as well as the user input I believe.

I am about to head home and play my first test games, but I am starting with my sliders set exactly as they were last year. I'll be better able to see if there are differences or problems, as I had my slider set locked in perfectly (for me) in the 2019 version.

I'll report back with Pure Analog throwing findings after three games.

I didnt see a setting like that. It might have something to do with the animations and not having the feet properly set before throwing. It's just a guess. My last game went better. I also noticed infielders diving for the ball, if not timed perfectly, they roll over the ball making them have to go back to get the ball once they get up.

I would love to hear about your experience. Thanks for the feedback.

Finally got around to playing after making a new roster for my franchise. Used the Marlins, who will eventually be rebranded as the Blacksox (a fantasy team). Play now against the Nats (Joe Ross pitching for them, Kopech for me).

first off, playing on a 65” Samsung 4K, QLED....what the heck did SDS do? The jump in color from last year is breathtaking. Game is gorgeous.

Robles brought the game to 4-3 with a moonshot in the 7th inning. 9th inning...fly out/single/single off my closer Brandon Kintzler. Mound visit, pop up to first, strike out....hold on to the victory.

Man, game is so smooth, hit variety, noticed the crowd reacting properly and did I say...game just pops it looks so much better than last year.

Man, kudos to SDS. Game is going to truly be fun.

It has been a real treat so far. I must say shortening up the transitions in the presentation has given the game a really fresh feel.

Man I gotta get used to the fact that catchers play balls in the dirt a lot better. I keep getting thrown out on the basepaths trying to use '19 tricks.

Really my only negatives at this point are:
                  - The equipment options are underwhelming for me. There’s options in the cleats that are rarely used.

Would like more options for elbow and leg protectors.

                  - While most of the ballparks look fantastic, there are a couple than need some attention. Busch Stadium is a beautiful park but the outfield signs in the backdrop need love. I avoid playing night games there because it’s so dark in the backdrop.

I find it very weird that equipment has regressed this year. You’d think they would continually add more year to year but in all fairness there could be technical reasons why they don’t.

My only complain is the pitch speed which is too slow even at legend max speeds. Until that is fixed game is unplayable for me.

                      Editable service time.

                      That saves so much time.

And I asked for it every year since 2013.

Are you seeing cpu runners take off most of the time even when ball does not go too far from catcher? This was an issue last year..hope they fixed it.

I have not. The CPU base-running is vastly improved.

                            Agreed with A&S.

I haven't seen the CPU run themselves out of innings due to them trying to advance on balls that don't bounce far away. This is due to the new animations/reactions by the catcher, as there is no longer that brief pause.

Also agree that the CPU baserunning as a whole is better. Not seeing them run out of innings and they are being aggressive where appropriate.
