Nope.... would be nice but franchise is neglected

Thanks baseballguy99. There is one last thing I was curious about. Do they still have full AAA and AA with all real guys like they first introduced in the Show 20?

Where is the dynamic difficulty meter/progress?

The throwing meter I used last year is gone. I only have 3 options now; meter, no feedback and off. What in the world?? Am I doing something wrong or did they get rid of it?

What's the reason for not having the right/real first or 3rd base coaches?

Is there anyway to bring back last years quick menu? This years takes up half of the screen. Same goes for checking out the opposing player stats. In 20, all that was at the bottom. They changed it for some reason.

Are you playing Exhibition(live rosters) instead of just exhibition? Bc if so, the game just loads directly into the first batter. Play regular exhibition instead

I'm 16-1 online rated right now on PS5. I don't think there's anything new that I am noticing. It is smooth with no lag so that's nice.

I’m a Show beginner so I have some beginner questions.

While batting, it often feels like the pitcher is far away and sometimes in the dark, even when there’s not a massive shadow present. Do you guys have any presentation/camera recommendations to bring the action a bit closer? And is the darkness just something I’ll need to get used to or is there a setting I’m missing on the game or TV?

I dont have a specific recommendation, but just edit the camera and play around with it until you find a camera angle you like. This is one of the first things I do when setting up The Show.

On another note, is crowd noice non existent this year? I played 2 reg season games @ Wrigley and didnt hear any crowd noise. Very disappointing if this is the case.

I noticed this on a couple of games, but only in the Top of 1st, after that I could hear the crowd through the rest of game.

Anyone know if there are rain delays or different weather situations? I remember in World Series Baseball 98 on the Saturn there would be a short delay when it started raining. The grounds crew would come out and place the tarp over the infield. It was a small little touch that I haven't seen in a baseball game since.

Also, what about dynamic crowds? I remember in Triple Play the Expos and Marlins would play in nearly empty stadiums unless it was a weekend game.

Left on the dpad used to pull up useful attributes of the current batter and pitcher. Now it just shows player quirks. Did they remove this feature or am I missing something?

Rain delays have been in for a couple years now; no rainouts or reschedule double-headers however.

Dynamic crowds have also been in for a long time, but in my opinion have lacked authenticity. Way too many games have way too many fans, for one thing, and for another I find they don’t distribute in a very accurate way either. But I haven’t tested this yet on ‘21 because the vault is broken so franchise has to wait. Hopefully it’s improved.
                            Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.

Outside of giving a reliever more time to warm up does a mound visit do anything else?

I believe it gives a 1 or 2 pitch minor increase of confidence... maybe more after depending on how you do after the visit.
