Does it actually start raining during the game and the umps call for a stoppage or just a weather delay before the game?

    thanks for the info

I have no idea, but I like to think that a mound visit gets in the batters head, and as a batter, stepping out throws off the pitchers concentration....

On Xbox One the screen doesn't quite fit properly on my TV. The panel at the bottom with the live scores from other games doesn't display fully. Anyone else got this issue or know how to adjust the screen ? No problems with any other games and can't find an option in the game to alter screen size. There's an audio / video settings menu but all the options seem to be audio and not video.

Good question. It should give reliever more time to get warm, and there should be some effect on pitcher's confidence...either up or down...hopefully up but some guys get rattled.

By the way, when the heck are they going to put in catcher visits to the mound so you don't have to burn a mgr visit??????

I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread, but I wasn't sure exactly where to post.

I'm on XSX now, and when I load the game and "press any button to enter", I immediately get NETWORK ERROR .... Your connection to The Show Online has been lost.

I'm hoping this is an issue on their end and not something I've neglected to do.

                  It's not you.

SDS is having considerable issues with keeping the servers up and running. They are aware and are working to resolve the issue.

I'm pretty sure catcher visits still count as mound visits. The only time they may not is after an offensive substitution to talk strategy.

It's a dumb rule. Thanks Manfred.

They do but you don't have to change pitchers after the second visit like you do with mgr visits. All moot anyway if the visit does not affect pitcher confidence in any way in the game...

What is the main difference when going up in hitting difficulty? Are the pitches faster? More mix in what they throw? Bigger break? Need to square up better? Just curious on when you move up what changes.

I think the pitch speeds are a tad faster.

Your PCI shrinks and the AI is quicker to adapt to what is working and what isn't against you (your batters)

They throw less meatball pitches too and paint the corners more. The lower the difficulty the more their pitches are centrally located.

Any chance they added rotating interleague schedules in franchise?
