Another thing that’s bugging me is that Tatis Jr is on the menu screen even after picking my favorite team. Previous years would put your favorite team on the menus. Is this now gone?

Yeah, it's gone. The only thing your favorite team does that I can tell is during an exhibition game when you move the stick over it defaults to your team so you don't have to scroll to find it.

Yeah I miss seeing the Indians and Progressive Field on the front page.

I am not having this issue. I get Tatis at the start screen, but then it switches over to the White Sox screen. I wish I could tell you how to change it - I made a decision during the game start at some point that set this! Just sharing so you know that what you're looking for IS possible

Maybe it’s PS5 exclusive. Are you on PS5 or 4?

This is for 19 but I am assuming it’s the same. Is there a way to randomly set weather or do you have to pick it yourself every game in Franchise.

I’ve only played 2 games but both gave me options of stadium to play in and weather.

Just don't change the first weather option the game gives you. It is random in that way (meaning that sometimes rain will be the first option it gives you.)

It's random, or you can pick which weather you want. If you want it to be realistic, you can go to this website and plug in the correct date in the url to see the weather for games that have already been played.

If I start a franchise on PS4 and then upgrade to a NG XBOX, will my franchise save file be convertible and continuable in a cross-platform context?

Great question because the answer is yes.

However, it’s not quite a game-changer, because every other issue you can think of that the AI struggles with is still there. Like unless I’m totally forgetting something this is literally the only real fix they made.

Thank you! Yeah, the Al stuff is out of control & not sure why they haven’t fixed or improved that side of the game. I just use 30 team control & try to do my best to control what the team needs as the season goes.
