Are you speaking for yourself or everyone? That doesn’t make any sense. Everyone has a different level of discipline and pitch recognition my man.

Have you played online? I've had games where players swing at literally every pitch. It's one out of maybe 10 games where my opponent has even decent plate discipline.

I've actually been doing decent personally on default All-Star lately. Averaging about 2.5 walks per game in my last handful of games in franchise. But even though that's still worse than real life, that's much better than average in this game from my experience.

I just want for them to bring back the catcher throwing the ball back to the pitcher animation, every yr they keep deleting animations so games can be completed in shorter times. This is an immersion killer.

What baffles me about them removing the full broadcast experience is if you don’t want to watch it you just press skip anyway, nobodies making anyone who doesn’t want to watch everything, watch everything. Furthermore they’ve got their own setting anyway!

In addition to everything that’s been said, and this has probably already been seen said too but I haven’t read all 13 pages would be home and away accessory colors/options like NBA 2K has. Not this team color 1/2/3 options. Guys sometimes wear completely different things home v road.

Not sure if this counts as improved ways but I would love to see the game one the pc so the mods can work on it. Not sure anything else would make me buy 2023 . I just stick with 22 unless they add complete minors like OOTP has and complete customization such as editing managers and such all the way across the board.

The game releasing on PC would be the gaming mecca for me. There would be endless possibilities...graphical enhancements, gameplay mods, and more. With Sony starting to release more first party games to PC, we just might get our wish in the near future. I never thought I'd see Uncharted hit PCs, but sure as hell it's coming later this year.

Good suggestion. I've tried the directional hitting a bit, I didn't particularly like it. It felt a little like a stat-based RPGor something, and hits/homers didn't feel as "earned" to me. But I might give it another shot.

I feel like my reflexes are good enough to react, but my 'stick' skills and the total lack of depth representation (understandably of course) when evaluating pitches is what hold me back. To me I feel like I could 'swipe' to the right spot much better than I can move the stick to the right spot, if that makes sense. Anyway, just to close the book on my suggestion to make the game better, I feel like using the dualshock touchpad would make some sense.

Although I'd probably just fly out to left a little more often is all....

I'd like to be able to either be able to use custom teams mid season in franchise or get more than 2 uniform slots. I made some uniforms in DD for a theoretical Atlanta Braves rebrand I really liked, but not getting to use any alternates is a deal breaker for me in franchise.

1. Let us create or edit coaches - at least uniform numbers so they can be made to be correct. I'd also love the ability to make coaches wear just the pullover, since the majority of managers/pitching coaches/hitting coaches wear that now instead of the actual jersey.

2. More realistic outfield animations. AI seems to run full speed from first step, and no player has a natural deceleration. They just stop on a dime from a full speed run, in reality you're going to take 15-20 steps to slow down.

3. ADD BACK IN THE RED RAWLINGS GLOVE, for the love of God!!!!!!!

4. Can we get the real Spring Training jersey's instead of those horrible jersey's that are in the game? In Spring Training in real life, numbers are on the back, not the sleeve, those are WARM UP jersey's.

5. I'd love to see a larger variety of body type.

6. NBA 2k is able to scan players and get their tattoos....maybe something can be done to get tattoos on players?

7. More uniform options. Some guys wear high socks above their knees, lot's of guys don't wear an undershirt, some guys have 1-3 of the jersey buttons undone......I'd like to see some of that added.

8. It's been like 16 years...stop FORCING my players to wear long sleeves in the cold. LET ME DECIDE.

9. Expand the challenge system. It needs to be an option for more than just calls at first base.

10. Finally get it correct where a pitcher can start and bat in the same game.

I'm sure I could come up with more, but that's all for now.
