The space thing is definitely true regarding SDS. I was just talking about why some shoes/equipment is in and others not and what was said from someone who worked on it. I’d assume SDS only puts 3-4 in and asks the brands which ones they want and then put those in the game (the retail version, not the pro stock version).

And the Griffey cleats aren’t sold, but the sneaker version is still sold on the Nike site.

I don’t buy the “space” argument. During the PS4 era maybe. But the PS5 was supposed to increase memory capabilities. Plus if 2k can have hundreds of sneakers and color ways on last gen, there is no reason the show can’t

It's the only reason I can think of that they have 3 models max for every shoe. Im also not referring to space in the sense of the ps5 but its seems like they still use servers or whatever system houses the shoe models that were used in ps4. Like the suite is exactly the same , colorblocking, colors, etc

It's a new bug just like the classic big elbow guard that Frank Thomas and Barry Bonds used no longer changes color for right handed batters.

The wrist guards have been disappearing on right handed hitters while batting for several years now.

Is anyone interested in sharing the equipment edits load? After todays roster release, I’m setting out on getting at the very least every teams Opening Day Roster with full equipment edits.

I use Getty Images for most of the data but each team can take anywhere from 1-2 hours minimum.

Just curious if anyone else is really interested in doing this for themselves and the community? I’d love some help if possible, if not, I’ll continue on regardless! Thanks everyone

The toe section is wrong and you can't change the color of the shadow detail on the 'N'.

At least half the cleats in this game have the wrong color sections and/or you can't even change colors on certain parts of the cleat. I'm baffled why SDS can't ever get it right. Same thing with batting gloves.

They're still off, but you're also looking at the wrong shoe. The ones in the game are the metal spikes.

The toe part isn't right, but it isn't as off as your picture makes it seem. Looks like they modeled the line on the inside of the shoe and erroneously applied that to the outside.
