I wanted to make another topic about this but whatever. Are any of you guys further along in the mode and can reveal what some of the legends are you unlock when you beat a team?

When you take a team's stronghold, you complete the mission. When you turn in that specific team's mission, you unlock a new mission where you get a tradable legend from that team if you complete it.

I want to know which teams have which legends so I can target them first.

I've been attacked several times, but it always sims!

You only get to play the games when one of your strongholds gets attacked.

Once you redeem your reward for capturing a stronghold, are you able to use those players in your lineup? For instance I captured the twins stronghold and redeemed Killebrew but when i went to my squad I wasn't able to see him available.

Capturing the Twins stronghold just unlocks the mission for Killebrew. You have to play x amount of innings with Twins players to unlock the reward and the next tier. The number varies from about 800 to 1500 I think.

A had a good amount of free time the last two days and went on a 9 game win streak, winning 11 out of 12 games. I played all the games on All Star and feel like I hardly gained anything in XP, stubs, or accomplished anything on the conquest map.

I'm so pissed at this mode right now....I just went 12 innings against the Giants every single time I scored they would tie it up no matter what! Then in the 12th I get the lead again, it's 2 outs runner at first and 3-2 count..and the CPU hits an oppo home run against me to win. Such BS

I hear ya. I was beating the Rays 5-0 going into the B3 and they tied it up on me, I eventually won in 6 but My goodness.

It's crazy cause now a days developers always talk about how theirs no "comeback code" but it's so blatant in this mode it's ridiculous.

I'm glad to know that I'm not only one noticing the bad rubber banding when you're taking a territory. Like I get it it's supposed to be tough but JD Martinez does not drop the ball 3 times in a row for a walk off run on an error

I am on my second attempt at conquest. I restarted because I wasn't 100% sure of the best strategy. And I am still not very sure but I am up to turn 9 with 31 territories and 44 million fans on my second attempt.

But looking at my last 20 games in conquest mode I am 16-4 and I have not noticed any comeback code. Granted I have been playing on Veteran since nobody has been able to convince me that the rewards or XP are significantly better at All-Star level.

I think I am helped by a very good bullpen. I never leave my starters in long. I start warming up relievers as soon as the top of the second starts and always have two warming up from that point on. If my started comes in the bottom of the second it is only ever for 1 batter.

Hoover and McGee are the two I always warm up at the top of the second and they see the majority of the work. McGee is a beast of a left hand closer in the game. At least for me.

I'm hearing reports that you get nothing for winning the mode. Was that intentional?

I rather put taking over the final stronghold on hold if they need to patch rewards into the mode.

I think it would be huge oversight on their point if it did not give a reward of any kind, whether it was stubs, XP, cards or a new mission.

Yea cause then really there's no reason to take over the whole map...just make a B line to the stronghold you want, take it over then start over if you need to
