Re: What are you working on?

Just got Guidry done. I think they should've really spaced out percentages right, because that Yogi would be a nice card to have a lot earlier than the very end.

And now back to trying to get Rookie/Breakout programs done

Anyone know what you have to do on level 3 of the monthly award player epic missions? I'm kind of working on Cody Bellinger. I only have Gary Sanchez & need to get a pitcher.

I could be mistaken but I think Phase 3 would be to lock in all the POTM cards.

Working on the Cody Bellinger POTM mission. Just need 4 more HR. For the Hanley Veteran Mission I need 2 more HR and 25 assists. And then I've got about 8 more starts worth of stats to finish the Felix mission.

You always have to collect all of the POTM cards from the given month in stage 3 (stage 1 for the epic Thames Epic). It's expensive so if you don't have 150k+ stubs laying around you won't be able to get Bellinger.

                Dear Buddy Bell card:

Would you please knock just one more ball into a gap somewhere instead of hitting it out of the park? Thanks.

                Signed,

Also, I just got the RBI career payoff. 14k stubs! Got a few more of those awards coming up soon too - 12 more triples and 20 more doubles.

For doubles missions I've found Griffith Stadium to work best , was able to knock out the Buddy Bell doubles in two matches.

I went with San Fran and used directional hitting and pushed everything toward the right center gap...probably would have had all triples, but I held him at 2nd. Think it took me 2 games once I found the right stadium...previous to that, it was entirely too long and frustrating as he went yard or hit rocket singles to center.

I got Buddy Bell doubles done in like 3 games. Rookie Griffey mission for a double, walk and run scored in the same game was a different story though. Took me about 72 games to finally get that with him.

Oh man. Last night I decided to axe Molina from my team. He just wasn't doing it for me.

Put him up for 95k, and it sold this morning. And when news of Mauer came out....oh my goodness did his price tank. I got so lucky.

Breakout Mike Schmidt is goal #1, which I will get through achieving other goals such as Rockies Team Epic, Chipper Jones/Doug Drabek/Nelson Cruz/Brooks Robinson programs

Which mission category is this under? I'd like to have a nice right handed hitting diamond second baseman.

It's the Texas Ranger team epic reward. You'll need to collect every Live Series Ranger card as well
