I will never hit 10 doubles with IV Piazza. **** that mission. Everything is a homer or some 60 mph line drive a squared up but went nowhere.

I got that one done. Right now I'm struggling to get to 15 with Torre. I have 13, just two more to go, and I've hit 3HR with him since needing 2. Pissing me off. I just had a game where I was 4-4 with 4 singles. At the rate I'm going, I'm gonna finish the Cardinals hitting stats for their Team Epic with Torre alone.

I also just noticed I unlocked the first Ripken card, seen you need 25 doubles with him? Looked at the card and nope, not even gonna bother.

Have you played at Griffith Stadium ? That seems to be the best for hitting doubles for me , Coors is good but i find myself hitting more bombs than two baggers.

The Ripken was easier with doubles for me. I blasted through the 25 pretty quickly...which made the Torre struggle more frustrating. I'm sitting at 11 for Torre and when I hit 15 I'll unlock 85 Chipper.

I Felt the same way but then hit 5 in 3 games and it went easy from there. I’m honestly starting to think the game messes with you on missions then eventually lets you get completed them. I’m still waiting for the CPU to let me steal the bases I need without the 20 throw overs until eventual pick off.

I think I’m 0 for my last 20 with that IV Piazza Card haha. I don’t even really care about getting his better version so I have no idea why I’m putting myself through this haha

Your pain, I feel it. I got 3 in one game a couple days ago, nothing since. Lots of dongs and singles.

Big night last night in the Griffey Immortal program. I finally got the 1 walk and 1 double mission completed, which took more time than I thought. Then I completed all the exchanges and unlocked All Star silver Griffey, and hit a home run and had 5 RBIs in my first game with him, completing that card's mission as well. Just need to swipe some bases to unlock the Gold Griffey. I messed up by not having Griffey in my lineup for weeks because I never thought of the Immortal as a realistic thing I could actually get. So I need almost 300 PAs and all the hitting stats as well. It's going to take a bit, but hopefully I'll have that completed by the time the next program comes out.

And the slow, slow grind to complete Conquest Extreme continues. I've been counting tiles and planning different routes like it's my job. I dropped two steal fans phases early on (one on Legend, one on HOF) and I'm a little concerned it's going to keep me from finishing until Turn 13. The panic is real! I really don't want to have to start this over again.

Feel like that too. I oculdnt get any of the 15 with Torre and then all of a sudden I started hitting a few a game

Finally finished the Reds batting and hitting stats , just have the Cueto stats to finish the epic. Still need 150 innings and 13 saves to finish the Indians pitching stats to unlock Omar. Such a mind numbing grind.

Whoo! 2 more doubles with Piazza this morning. It's all coming together.

I almost have the Power Catchers hitting stats done before this. Very close to 88 Piazza.

I'm 70% complete with conquest now and have been stuck on the NL batters getting all 4 of their stats in a game. I can't for the life of me hit two HRs. I've completed the other 3 tasks no problem each game. It's getting quite frustrating.

Are you using the reward cards like Adrian Gonzalez and Ian Desmond?
