For conquest I am having a hard time with Shawn Green and the Harold Baines one as well....2 put outs?? I put him in center...LF gets them all...I put him in LF...CF gets them all....I can't win.....not to mention in a 3 inning game I don't have a whole lot of balls even going to the OF....lol

Green has been problematic because I keep getting LH starters.....and he can't hit them...at all....

I've noticed you get LH starters like 90% of the time.

with the 2 put outs with banes im not sure if it would work but play him at first base as i belive the first baseman gets credit for a put out for every out made at first.

I've decided to make it my mission to create the best team I can made entirely of Cleveland Indians, current and historic. I fell in love with the mid-to-late 90s teams growing up. I'm hopeful some of the guys from those teams and more of their all-time greats will be released through the season. For now I'm grinding to complete the current team collection for that Bob Feller (5 freaking Diamonds! How's a budget baller supposed to afford that?!) and I'm going to try my hand at the Larry Doby career arc.

events are on now. its a weird setup, so before anyone goes into a game in it. remember, its 6 innings, with quick pitch on and balks are also on.

I was working on the Brett Gardener challenge I have, but it's 100% impossible to steal bases with him. Every single time he's on base opposing pitchers throw slidestep fastballs 100% of the time

I spent all night trying to get that damn jd Martinez mission. Didn’t have any server issues with any games until I finally completed the mission and had a server connection issue upon exiting game and it didn’t count.

What a kick in the nuts. Sometimes I don’t know why I bother.

Don't bother. After 2 games I had the same idea. First batter grounds to SS, throw to 1st and he dropped it. Next batter pop foul to 1st, he dropped it. Had another ground ball that woulda been a double play, he dropped it. Three errors in three chances in one half inning, back to the OF.

Put him at 1st needing one putout in a later game and same thing. 2 quick errors. So yeah, putting him at 1st is a no-go. I finally got the 2 putouts playing him in RF instead of LF.

Long time lurker, new poster, just wondering if anybody else just lost all of their cumulative wins on the event? I’d only won 3, so not a huge, huge deal, but still this is a huge grind and that really sucks.

It looks like they revamped the event due to the backlash against banks and quick count, but in doing so completely restarted everyone’s win counter. I’m hoping this isn’t something that only happened to me so maybe it’ll be fixed.

I ended up putting him at catcher and strikeouts count as putouts (as long as he catches it). That worked pretty well.

Also I finally finished the jd martinez mission without a server error. Finally I can go to bed!
