Adrian Gonzalez my hero. 3-5, 2R, 2HR, 4RBI. I was T8 needing just the 2nd HR (AGAIN!) to complete the NL hitting conquest mission. AGone leading off (and only Kemp behind him, so NEEDED this here) against a lefty, 1st pitch slider, power swinging, GONE! Thank GOD. Also finished Gordon Beckham's statline, and a daily mission in the same game. Yeah, I'm happy.Comment

Nine straight days of playing the same game against the same team trying to accomplish the same mission.....about to hang it up. Simply will never get the 3 hits 2 rbi 1 HR with Saltalamacchia in one game. I’ve resorted to leading him off and quitting if I don’t hit a homerun with him. Funny thing is this is an early mission on the arc to Carter to Piazza and I have completed many of the later missions required but will simply never get this one done.Comment

So I finally advanced the Saltamalachia mission. I decided to move on to my created players only open mission to advance to the Silver 78. I had to play and defeat the Brewers on All-Star or higher. I played on All-Star and won 4-0 but the mission shows I didn’t play it even though it’s in my game log......sighComment

Got the Triple, HR, and 2B for MLB hitting stats in consecutive AB's to lead off my first attempt at that mission. The rest of the 9 hits and 5 runs came in the next inning, and I immediately quit out and got credit for the mission (because losing that one to a server drop while completing the whole game would be excruciating). Wade Davis even contributed to the 9 hits and it counted
I don't know why the capture skipped during the ball flight of Edmonds' 2B.
Only the pitching one left, and considering I got over 15K's in both of the NL/AL pitching (20 with Guidry for AL) I don't think I'm gonna have much trouble with that one.

I've had a pretty productive weekend. I finished the Dodger stat mission, so I got the gold Jackie Robinson, completed the Sutton career arc, the Piazza doubles mission, and got the diamond Chipper Jones. I'm getting closer to the Gibson strikeouts to get the diamond version and am a few SS doubles away from unlocking the first Ripken.Comment

My in-laws have come to stay for the Easter weekend and have today announced they are staying an extra day. So I am mainly working on not killing them or myself.
Definitely tougher than the 3 hits with Babe mission tbhComment

Just finished Conquest Part 1. Was in T9 needing only the double, and Dale Murphy (who else) got it with 2 outs (whew). He also started the festivities with a 3-run HR in T1. In the 10 pack bundle got Kurt Suzuki as my guaranteed silver, Jason Heyward 2015 flashback and Manuel Margot as my only other cards of note.
Now I'm looking at Extreme Conquest side-eyed wondering if I'm ready for that nonsense.
Side note: for the pitching side, I went 8 VERY strong with Guidry fulfilling everything except the W obviously (up 2-0). I thought I'd get cute and steal a save with a Cardinals pitcher for Gibson mission (I have Sam Tuivailala and Sean Gilmartin in my pen for such reasons). Double and HR later, and we're in extras. Luckily I had Benoit still in my pen, so I ended up getting the win with him and saving that game. That woulda been brutal.Last edited by FloorGeneral; 04-02-2018, 12:32 AM.Comment

Finally get Davis after, I **** you not, 25 attempts. Get the stats go to claim it and it didn’t count them. No server disconnect message after the game.

I feel your pain....just did the Sutton 7 IP/7 K's and the American League hitting stats in a game and it disconnected....just got back on....didn't count....awesome...time for Far CryComment

Wait, you can quit when you've fulfilled mission requirements in a game and still unlock the mission...?
