Do we know when the new player souvenir missions for some of the career arcs come out ? I just want that Gary Carter and Chase Utley already. What's the chances the Ryan Hanigan is the final one for Gary Carter ?

Wondering the same thing and since I’m only working on conquest now and in a holding pattern on my Piazza and Nolan Ryan mission I may just start the Hanigan just in case...he doesn’t seem to have any other purpose

That double topping Piazza mission won't be getting completed.

Finally got to the point where I am literally priced out of missions. Hanley is essentially 20k+ for his hats and jerseys, same for Smith, while Utley is similar.

I do at least have the pieces for Doby and finally Torre to work on (although I'll need to spend 3k on a crappy Reds jersey at some point for the Heisley Doby mission)

Also working on getting Griffeys 24 steals with old man Griffey, which is literally slow going. I've got rookie Hanley batting ahead of him and have managed 5 double steals, but it's going to take a looong time

That double topping Piazza mission won't be getting completed.

It can be done it just takes forever. I’m up to 8 out of the 10 needed.

I think with the missions this year you have to pick only a few guys you really want and only work on them. Then sell all your other hats and jerseys to get the stubs needed to buy the hats and jerseys needed to complete the mission. It’s the only way to do it without spending a ton of cash. I’ve decided I’m working on Robinson, Piazza, Ryan, and Hoffman that’s it. When I’m done I may work on lower arcs like Molitor because there are some good cards there.

Definitely not a fan of these hat/jersey exchanges but if the hurdles weren't there everyone would get these cards. Gotta accept the fact I'm just not going to get them as quick as I want.

In the next couple days I'll start playing more H2H and try to level up in ranked seasons and do some events.

I'd much rather they just put a lot more missions that involved playing the game and a lot less that involved buying pointless stuff. At the moment each program is like 2 single game missions, a small grind mission and then just huge collection missions that take ages and cost a fortune (along with the 3 single game missions/buy expensive jersey missions each requires as well)

Anyone has a Ruff estimation how much stubs it takes to get the everything in the Babe Ruth program done that’s currently doable?.

Williams program is probably 25-30k. The outfielders and pitchers trade in is cheapish at maybe 3k between them, the cap exchange maybe 25k, the jerseys 45k. All a bit of an approximation, but you're looking at maybe 100k for what's available so far, plus it will take a very, very long time to get all those items

Think so. Hats you'll need 160 of them at 150 a piece (if you're lucky), whereas gold jerseys are 800 a pop and you'd need 55 of them. Some of the immortals are significantly cheaper, but the Babes teams are all pricey. Williams is also the second most expensive of the lower tier programs so that doesn't help either

Tham this sucks big time not to mention there’s another exchange that’s yet to come who know how much that would be. I honestly think the best course of action is just wait and see how the market developes it could only get cheaper right lol XD.

It is a bit of a con though considering how much they banged on about how you couldn't just buy the best cards this year and had to earn them instead. What they meant was that you have to buy them AND earn them

Got a plan post-conquest now - I'm going after Ruth. Really, I'm going after Billy Williams as a cub fan (and it seems like a really good card in its own right), but I'd be stupid to complete that program and not use it as completion towards The Babe. Of course it remains to be seen what the other program requirement is.

For Williams I just finished the 3 LF Sliver/Bronze programs and am now thwacking the ball out of Coors with Vet Ruth, Vet Williams and Luis Gonzalez. It's not going to take long to hit 10 HR's with those guys, and I'll probably catch the 2 H, 1 RBI for Vet Williams in the process. Will cross the bridge on those other two in-game requirements when I come to it.

The souvenir wall isn't such a big deal anymore since I just pulled a diamond that I can sell for probably 60-70k.
