Guess pitch is really frustrating me. Why? The analog pitching mechanic just isn't working properly. That tied in with inconsistent results when the opponent guesses the pitch is driving me nuts.
If I make a bad pitch with poor user input...ok punish me. If I get a "good" release and hit my spot don't let the ball drift up into the zone. Also, if I try and put a slider just under the zone and my opponent guesses wrong it will not allow me to finish the analog mechanic. Shouldn't the ball go exactly where I want if they guess wrong? Instead the ball ends up in the zone and gets crushed. I feel like my opponent guessing wrong is to their advantage. Really disappointed with the implementation.
I'm also seeing consistent inconsistencies with analog pitching. Like I can aim down and in and get a perfect release and the ball will be up and in.
I love RNG when I'm trying to play sim in an offline franchise mode. I don't like RNG if I'm playing a competitive game versus another user. I feel like the game is too RNG heavy at the moment.
Hitting is really inconsistent as well. I can square up a ball and pop it up and then feel like I miss something and hit it out.

Aside from change ups drifting up into the zone I haven’t had nearly the same problems your having with analog.

I'd be done the Pujols challenge with an RBI double in the 9th but Nelson Cruz refused to leave first base no matter what I did, so So I had what feels like my 5th game with a double, a home run, 2 runs, and 4 RBIComment

Maybe it's just me having a rough patch but it feels like baserunning and hitting has become a lot worse since the last update, i shouldn't be struggling against scrub pitchers on rookie with diamond hitters. All hits sound like they're off the handle or tip of the bat.
Finally unlocked Diamond Hoffman only to see I need another 20 saves and and 60 innings pitched 🙄. These reliever/closer missions are such a pain in the ***.Comment

I'm working on Brett Saberhagen now! Lifelong Royals fan so I've been pretty pumped to complete him. I finished his rookie stats last night. Just have to trade in jerseys and hats now.Comment

Got to 899 in ranked seasons, then I decided to do one more game that started too late, and of course my opponent has immortal Vlad. Which means....he has everybody [emoji849]
Of course I lose and then get dropped by 28 points. Ugh

You don’t run into them that often and even then most of them are beatable. SDS is doing the best job ruining to core of the game all by themselves.

Did anyone else have trouble hitting HR with the gold Billy Williams? I can not ****ing hit any to save my life with this guy. I’ve got like triple the amount needed for his other stats at this point smh

I've seen that awesome spreadsheet on reddit that summarises all the requirements for each program......but has anybody seen some kind of summary for the costs/best way to complete each of the exchanges.
For the career arcs I've only completed a couple and now that I have arrived at that point for Chase Utley I've noticed that the costs for Phillies/Dodgers apparel is way higher than the others I've done so far. I still intend to do it over time but since I don't spend $$ on the game I still need to make sure I am doing it as efficiently as possible.
