I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
Regarding the new pickoff system, especially the deceptive.....some pitchers have a quick delivery home (Joel Piniero comes to mind but not left-handed). Will their "deceptive" move mimic their normal delivery?
Also, I can't remember if this has been addressed but is there the inside move to 2nd base?Comment

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
Not sure if this has been asked yet... but have the rundowns been fixed? Last year, you could be in a rundown and go back and forth with the runner and the CPU would just toss it back and forth. The CPU never charged you or tried forcing you to return to the previous base.
Also, kind of a random question, but do some of the batters still stand with their feet outside the box? For whatever reason, some batters would be too close to the plate and their feet were almost touching the plate.
I wish we had the option to move the batter in the box as we please. Same thing with moving the pitcher on the rubber. Seems like a simple enough thing to make happen.Comment

Plus, I'm pretty sure you can't simply remove the part of the roof that needs to be open, it would take SCEA some development cycle time in my opinion if they were to make open versions of domed stadiums to get the right roof pieces to where they are in real life.Comment

Yup to be able to do that they would have to build the entire stadium again.
This game isn't Madden. Each game is independently created and has difference focuses in its development cycle time.

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
Are player apperances more customizable this year? Specifically player bodies? Or does everyone still look identical for the most part? Been hoping they would move out of the ps2 era and allow for 2k style customization of legs, arms, upper body, etc. to make truely unique looking players.Comment

That's an excellent point, and one that's been overlooked.Yes, I've been here since 2003. No, I don't post much. I'm too busy playing the games.Comment

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
I searched the forum and didn't find an answer to my question, so I figured I'd post it. In one the videos of gameplay showcasing the game Russell said that as a catcher in RTTS you would have to block pitches in the dirt, as anyone heard anything on this. From what I've seen so far, most of the stuff covering RTTS was about being able to call a game from a catcher standpoint and the new training drills, just wondering if anyone had heard about being able to block pitches.Comment
