I couldn't agree more!

I feel that the later the game is the more intense the crowd should be. There should also be a rivalry factor linked to the games.

All Boston/NYY games should be crazy, All CHC/CHW games, Mets/PHI, etc.

I am pretty sure they can make the crowd rowdier based on run differencial and inning.

If its 6+ inning and run differencial is less than 4 and a rally has started or killed the crowds should react accordingly.

If its a blowout or early in the game there should be not much of a crowd reaction.

It all seems easier in theory I bet, but I don't see why this couldn't be done.

Ramone and Nem were playing Red Sox vs. Yankees at Fenway. And it was MUCH louder than it was in past years... even Ramone said, "notice the crowd is louder and more rowdy".

It was much more noticeable... more key situations still need some work, and we gave our feedback on it. Especially in the playoffs, they still felt like any other game so far...

But we gave our feedback, and even watched some MLB.TV playoff and world series videos and jotted down what information and key instances we would like to see in the game. So hopefully they can get some stuff in before final... but they definitely hear our cries for next year.

I think many will feel the atmosphere is still lacking, quite honestly.

I make my own atmosphere (yelling at players, umps, calls, basehits, outs, etc....)

The biggest audio issue to my ears is when there is a runner on 2nd or 3rd and you get a hit. The crowd doesn't cheer until the runner crosses the plate.

yeah......*louder* isn't necessarily better....the crowd needs to be smarter

It was in some instances, on 0-2 counts, etc, but it can always get better. And they know this! So that is a good thing.

Well, there's always next year right?

...but definitely '12 needs new animations/celebrations, enhanced playoff atmosphere, rainouts, delays, Crowd reacting better to key situations, etc. But its getting better....no doubt

I know what you are saying, jot it down for the wish-list thread when it hits.

I will definitely be covering more audio with them next time we go. Andrew is always excited to add new things, and always ready to listen.

Next time I am going to create a separate thread for Uniforms, Stadiums and Audio! Hopefully Pared can make it out next time and alleviate some of the work... I NEEDED YOU DAMN IT!
