The outfielders taking a later jump on the ball helps this scenario out a lot! On hits that had a lot of hang time CPU would be a little causal but many of the catches had a sense of urgency to them.

Hey guys, the Minnesota Twins announced today that they are removing the trees from behind the center field wall in the batter's eye area. Any chance they get removed from Target Field in the game, or is it too late?

Can they add the sound of a subway train going by occasionally in Yankee Stadium, or is it to late...It comes by about every inning or so

I will post this here, since the thread was closed in the middle of my replies haha.

Quick question Nemesis, have you seen if the devs have made an changes to Sun Life Stadium this year? I've searched and haven't seen any posts about it. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't touch it since this is the last year the Marlins are playing there but you never know.

Sorry for the thread hijack. Thanks if you can help.
While I was there I told them about leaving the upper level vacant, since they closed them off during the baseball games. They took note of it, but I am not sure if it made it or not. Will have to wait to see at launch. I do know for crowd, it is not as easy as an object like a tree or railing to just "remove them" since they are tied to the seat, and a new "empty seat" would have to be added in their place... and that takes not only the artists work, but programmers as well.

But it is definitely noted by them. And Sun Life did look good with the new lighting models. Every stadium got some love one way or another, whether it be scoreboards, and HD jumbo-trons (with stadium specific graphics) to other touches that they took note of in the feedback threads.

Just remember to post your ideas with pictures in this year's feedback thread on the Community Site. The devs do monitor it and take down the information from it.

Why aren't Hall of Famers like Roberto Clemente in the game?

They are no longer in the MLBPA so it would require having a deal with said player, or in this case, his family. As you can imagine it would be very costly.

ORLY? I thought he was in the HOF. So wait, it doesn't matter if they are or not?

If they are no longer in the MLBPA, they need to have individual deals worked out with the player or family. And yes it is costly.

Being in the Hall of Fame has nothing to do with it.

Much while Ted Williams was not in the games. Do not be surprised if less "legend" players are in the game this year, etc.

Actually...I think the Legends are all gone this year.
I don't know if those in the game were a 1 in all type of deal...but I think they were and upped their asking prices quite a bit.
Plus...the player vault should give you access to HUNDREDS of legend players. Pick and choose.

...and before someone says...."how come OOTP has in every player who ever played the game"....text games are not subject to any licensing or if they do pay a fee...it's nominal. I can't remember the outcome of that particular court case a few years ago that gave them that latitude.

From my knowledge of FM, text games are not charged a licensing fee for older players since stats are public domain and there is no true representation of the player in said games. I don't think OOTP has a MLBPA license either do they?
