How many seasons do you have to go through until you're allowed to choose which team you want to sign with in free agency instead of just being stuck on a certain rookie contract or something like that

getting rocked lately, posting 6.10 ERA in past 4 starts. Probably gave up 5 home runs in 2 games. So much for rookie of the year award.

What I meant to say, is anyone seeing teams offer 5 to 6 year deals as AAA starter rather than promote them to the majors.Anything strange like that?

Does Arm Strength affect pitchers? (RttS)

Im curious if raising my "ARM" (Arm Strength) category will actually affect how hard my pitcher will throw the ball. Please if your not sure say so as it would be rather costly to put points into it and have it do nothing for me pitching wise.

Arm strength has historically only mattered when throwing the ball during fielding. It's probably the same this year.

I like the new slider system. Last year it wasn't realistic to start off throwing 89 MPH and then get a 98 MPH later in your carreer, so i like that. Other than that there is not much changed.

My new RTTS player, first one got corrupted, got drafted to Reds. He is a Speedy CF. Compared to my last RTTS, I am hitting terrible in the AA. Im 1st in the lineup. AA pitchers are pitching like how Major league Pitchers pitch in this game, outside or barely touching the strikezone. I only get 1 out of 10 hittable pitches.
Is there a way to get pitchers to pitch inside more? Is there a certain Hitting difficultly to select? I dont want crazy stats, but I rarely get pitched inside. The way they are pitching me, I am on pace to get walked a ton of times. I am very aggressive though

that's how I felt on the rays, now we are 11-2 to start the season on the astros
