I am not saying that he is Randy Johnson, will be as good as or even RJ-lite but doesn't he remind you of him? Both are lanky lefties with similar deliveries, arm angles, and stuff though Sale's slider is not thrown as hard which is why it is a really hard slurve in the game. If Sale kills a bird with a fastball, I'm investigating the Big Unit for voodoo.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
What do you guys think Dayan Viciedo is worth? He is a B potential hitting .265 with 15 extra base hits including 3 HRs in early May.
I'd like to package him to Kansas City or San Fran for Gordon or Melky, but I'm not sure how feasible that will be. Both teams are looking to be out of it pretty early.
How much is Schierholtz worth as well?Comment

Schierholtz is a mid C if he's somewhat producing, if not just a low C.
Gordon is two B's and a C if he's putting up nice numbers. Melky about the sameFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
What is the are the costs for:
Jair Jurrjens
Kris Medlen
Mike Minor
Brandon Beachy
Jeremy Hellickson
Chris Archer
I'm just looking for a rough estimate. I'm not trying to trade for any of these players right now. I just need to see what they are going to cost me in terms of prospects for future reference. By the way, I'm in 2013 if that makes any difference.
I've heard that sound 3 times... once was Babe Ruth, the second was Josh Gibson, and the third was Bo Jackson- Buck O'Neil

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Beachy: 10-3, 3.12 ERA, 140 Ks
Minor: 7-7, 3.20 ERA, 134 Ks
Hellickson: 8-8, 3.90 ERA 78 Ks
I'm really having some major pitching issues now and have dropped to 15 back from the D-Backs which is good enough for 2nd place, after the All Star Break.

I doubt they'd be traded, but I could probably list some guys that'd be helpful to you, if you'd want."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Clayton Richard
Carlos Villanueva
Matt Garza
Felix Hernandez (IF you want to give up the (very good) farm. Remember how expensive he is- 3 A's, 2 high B's.)
Clay Buchholz (only if he's having a terrible year)
John Lester (Only with a bad 2012 and a bad 2013)
Josh Johnson
Wade Davis (Not a bad starter, but probably a better RP)
Jason Vargas
Bud Norris (If he was in the midst of a bad year, 5+ ERA)"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment
