Crap. He's out.
11-1 3.84 ERA 98 Ks
The Sox have completely crashed and burned and are now, 49-51.
I've heard that sound 3 times... once was Babe Ruth, the second was Josh Gibson, and the third was Bo Jackson- Buck O'Neil

I don't really know. Just about all of the pitchers on that list are on teams that are in contention. I can't go after Garza because Detroit would fall apart without him, I don't know what happened to Clayton Richard and I would rather not bring him back, Villanueva retired last season, Buccholz and Lester ain't goin' anywhere and the Rays, Marlins and even the frickin' Mariners are in contention. Bud Norris is also the leading candidate for Cy Young right now.
I guess we could sign Tim Hudson as a free agent but he won't sign for anything less than 10 M.
Or I could swallow my pride and sign Milk Carton...

I... really don't know what to tell you. I guess Brandon Beachy could conceivably be dealt, but I'd like a second opinion on that."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

I'm also weighing my options here since the Yankees are out of the raceand I'm thinking about bringing in CC and I'm also weighing my options on bringing that dude down from up in Minnesota...
Or once again, I could throw away everything I value as a Royals fan and bring in Luke Hochevar who is pitching like a boss right now.

What are you willing to give up? It'd take some MLB pieces."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
MLB wise, I could give up Beltran, Maybin, Utley, Street, Gas Tank, Fister.
If I gave up Maybin, I would have to have Mike Olt because that would force Gyorko to move to short to plug the gap. To make that happen, I would give up additional player(s).
