He'll break out of the Slump. Rizzo is a absolute stud. However if you really want to deal him look at the spreadsheet and find a player of similar/equal value.

What do you guys think I could get for Dickey and Reynolds?

I claimed Reynolds off waivers and he has been batting .234 with 10 HR and 32 RBI since the trade which is around his usual numbers by now. Dickey has a 4.23 ERA and has been OK I just hate pitching with a knuckleball in the game. I was targeting players that have been placed on trade waivers and others such as:

        Willingham
        Morse
        Morales
        Headley
        Hart
        Butler

But also wouldn't be opposed to hearing some other names.

        Thanks

None of those teams are contending, are they? If they aren't, why would they need Reynolds and Dickey?

Thats the thing. I targeted contending teams

Twins are 2nd in division at deadline (6 GB)
            Royals 3rd (6.5 GB)
            Brewers tied for 1st LOL
            Padres 2nd (6.5 GB)
            Mariners 4th (8.5 GB)

So ya most of the teams I have looked at could use a SP and Power bat for sure as they are contending (except prob M's)

If none of these are good fits who would be?

How.. those teams.. what.. that's quite possibly the worst sim engine I've witnessed.

Contending teams aren't gonna give up those players for a mediocre Dickey and Reynolds, though. They'd probably give up a few meh prospects.

I dont mind prospects as long as they are MLB ready...I have Reyes/Cabrera/Profar (from EE deal) on the DL and will be back within a month so I need MLB ready players/prospects.

Headley hasn't been great nor has Butler thats why I targeted them. Either way, have any ideas for me?

That said, I'm actually planning to hold on to him. It's Cobb I'm tired of in my franchise (in the real game, he's doing pretty decent).

True. I thought maybe he did or said something to make him a popular name. Like he had a "clown question" moment that I didn't hear about or something.

There was news he got demoted to single-A but it is just a loophole that still allows him on playoff rosters. That's all I got. I remember him having some popularity the last couple of years, though.

I am just curious what it would take for the Jays to get Stanton. I dealt EE last season in deal for Profar and I'm in year 2 at deadline. Stanton has been hurt most of the year so his numbers won't be right to go on. Got same roster minus EE and some C prospects and add Profar and Berkman. Again just curious what it would take
