Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I don't feel like quoting all the feedback, but I do appreciate all the responses.
I am very high on Michael Wacha, Joe Kelly, and Kolten Wong. I understand the hesitation to include Rosenthal but mind you I am before the season when the Cards bullpen wasn't appearing to be a weakness.
In regards to Adams, I like the kid but I plan to move Rosario to first (quote of why a couple pages back) so a first baseman wouldn't be ideal although I certainly will take as much as I can get.
Also I really like Martinez, but not in Coors, he has incredible stuff but i worry about whether his small stature will lead to injury/homerun problems so I don't particularly want him in any deal.
I understand this is a difficult package to put together but I appreciate all the help.
Is Rosenthal just a pipe dream?
Note: I love Miller but I don't think the Cards would part with him along with Wacha, Kelly, and Wong. It seems silly but I am trying to get the most bang for my buck.
Also does anyone have any feedback for a potential CarGo trade, I really like the idea of the Red Sox, and my prime target is Jackie Bradley Jr. What else could I potentially get in this deal? I really need a long term catcher since the Bethancourt idea was taken so well by you guys hahaComment

Is there anyone I could throw into this deal that would allow me to get Rosenthal, Wong, Rosenthal, and Kelly?Comment

From COL's side? Throw in Brothers and Swanner or a good prospect."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Still think Adams would be a great fit. If not him, Jenkins name has been tossed in, he's a B. If you think you want more value out of it you could always gamble a little on Martinez. In my view he's the most expendable out of Wacha, Rosey, and him. He's also the farthest away, which could be why. I read a report saying Wacha was close to ready now, and might be the first to the majors from last years class.Comment

Betancourt the old reliever or someone else? I think we'd want Brothers instead of him and probably someone else an I don't know if you really have anyone else that would benefit us for Rosey. What about adding Anthony Garcia onto the previous trade? He's a B Outfielder with good power potential.Comment
