Agree with the other guys, only way to get Profar is to part with Bautista. If you want a young 2B in the deal from Texas, look at Leury GarciaFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
So in my indians pre-season im looking for a top SP, 3B, DH and maybe a RF using the 2.3 version rosters posted on the forum with the specs after the draft. i dont know how to see who's a high or low grade player so heres my best guesses for some trades
Naquin (B) Paulino (B) to Tex for Joey Gallo (Not on spreadsheet)
Asdrubal Cabrera (B) Jose Ramirez (B) Tony Wolters (B) to Arizona for Archie Bradley
Carlos Carrasco (B) Ronny Rodriguez (B) to San Diego for Austin Hedges
Gallo gives me a powerful 3B and a 3B of the future, NaQuin becomes their best OF spec and Paulino becomes their highest 2B/SS potential spec
Arizona has DiDi at SS but Cabrera can play anyspot between 2B, SS and 3B, in fact Philly asked about him in the off-season and was going to make him their 3B. and Arizona did try pretty hard to get Cabrera last year but didnt want to give up Bauer + Skaggs plus Arizona gets someone who is their best 2B spec and catching spec. Cleveland gets a pitcher with a bright future to combine with Salazar and Bauer going forward
SD trade is kind of a minor one, i need a catching spec so i can possibly use Santana as a DH going forward, SD gets someone who becomes their best SS spec and a pitcher with alot of promise but needs work on his control
i think all trades are pretty even in terms of specs as they improve both teamsComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hedges is one of the top catching prospects in all of baseball. It's hard for me personally, to see San Diego part with him for Carlos Carrasco and Co. I'm thinking they'd want something legit in return.
I've heard that sound 3 times... once was Babe Ruth, the second was Josh Gibson, and the third was Bo Jackson- Buck O'Neil

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Carrasco is more then legit enough to get Hedges, might even be an overpayment. He's a good defensive catcher but his bat is a long ways away, only 4 HRs in 250 ABs is pretty putrid for the catcher spot and he's only batting .260Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
He's 7-5 with a 2.06 ERA. He's giving up less then a hit an inning and he's been flat out dominating this season. Considering Walker has been getting knocked around a bit lately I would make the case that he's the number 1 Pitching prospect right now. Diamondbacks would want an arm and a leg for the guy.

1. Arizona has a current IF of Hill, Didi, and Prado so where would ACab fit?
2. Sure ACab can play 3B, but Arizona has a promising young 3B in Matt Davidson who looks like he can generate some serious power, and Chris Owings who will most likely move to 2B because of Didi.
3. Arizona has Stryker Trahan who they plan on being their future at catcher.
So essentially the DBacks are giving up their best prospect (and one of the best pitching prospects in baseball) for a player who doesn't fit and two prospects they don't need.
BTW, the trade for Austin Hedges is just silly. The Padres are extremely high on him which is why he got a $3M signing bonus just to keep him from attending UCLA (in the 2nd round!). They aren't going to trade him for a middle of the road starter and a IF prospect who would play second fiddle to Cory Spangenberg.Comment

Maybe get Jesus Montero in the package if you sweeten the deal from your side with a nice arm? The Dodgers have plenty of arms to spare right? Give them The Buzzsaw (Billingsley) along with Ethier? Would give you some salary relief and help you get youngerFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
