Harvey, I just came back from a friends house. I had to download them from his PS3, transfer it to a USB stick and transfer it to my PS3 as mine can't connect to the internet. There's 84 pages, keep hitting R1 or R2 until you get to page 84. You should find it with no problem.

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
Thanks mucho Mets. One thing that puzzles me though, is on your roster, Coco Crisp is in the lineup, and he is not in Knights Roster, as he is currently on 15 day DL. This whole thing is so friggin confusing, I don't know which way to turn!Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
HERE'S MY TRIED AND TRUE METHOD FOR KEEPING CPU ROSTERS ACCURATE
I started a season where I fixed lineups manually a few days after the game came out and have been tinkering with things for over a month, and here are my suggestions:
You HAVE TO control all 30 teams. Assign your profile to the team you are playing with, and NO PROFILE to the rest of the teams.
Either download and use the fixed franchise file that is floating around, or use one of the two fix methods listed here:
http://www.operationsports.com/forum...eup-fixes.html
Make sure GLOBAL SETTINGS are set to:
Lineups/Rotations - Manual
Injury Management - Manual
Trades - Manual until June 1 (whole different issue that I won't get into)
Everything else can be set to Auto if you'd like
Start playing the games.
As each day progresses, you will be notified of various injuries around the league. For each injury alert, choose the appropriate action to take based on how long the player will be out (place on bench, 15-day DL, 60-day DL). If the player goes on the DL, the CPU will handle the AAA call-up appropriately.
If an injured player happens to be a starter (and therefore leaving an empty slot in the lineup) you will be prompted that such-and-such a team "Does not have 4 valid lineups". At that point, fix their lineup as you see fit.
If a starting pitcher is injured and you get the "Does not have a valid starting rotation" alert, I just hit auto-fix and the CPU handles it okay.
When you get an alert that a player is no longer injured, and/or off the DL, place him on the bench. Then go to the team's lineups and insert him back in.
And there you have it. Sounds like a lot, but it's really just a couple minutes of maintenance between games. And it does keep you well informed on what's going on around the league.Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
Hokie, sounds good, having played around a bit with the Show, though this is my first year with it, I didn't know you could assign a profile to one team and no profle to the rest. If you don't mind, could you tellme how you do that? Thanks.Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
I noticed that in a season mode with just knights rosters it puts numerous players on the FA list (Strasburg etc). it was all messed up. In franchise mode though everything was correct except for the lineups which apparently are fixed now thanks to the Mets roster. I haven't loaded the Mets roster yet to tell you for sure if that happens in season mode.Last edited by Pittsburghkid; 04-07-2010, 09:38 PM.Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
Sure, real easy. I don't have it on in front of me, but I believe at the franchise team select screen you hit square and it will select all the teams for you, but only assign a profile to the team you have highlighted. There are instructions right on the screen that tells you what to do.Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
Now, I understand that many find enjoyment in following the real-life season, but to get the game to work exactly how you want it to, it's gonna take some work. Hokie's post pretty much covers it. For me, it's tough to get a game or two in as it is, so I just let it ride. It's pretty interesting seeing who they keep up/send down and where they bat guys.Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
That doesn't sound too bad except for the whole trade thing. I don't want to do manual trades for every team, but I also don't want the CPU handling trades for my team. So there is no way around this? If I have manual trades on I know I'm not going to be doing trades for everybody so there won't be many trades at all. That's more unrealistic than screwed up lineups.
Apparently the CPU makes a lot of dumb trades, but I read somewhere that waiting until June to turn CPU trades to auto helps out with this.Comment

Re: HUGE PROBLEM WITH LINEUPS AFTER SPRING TRAINING!!!
If you set trades to manual in your profile, and then set trades to auto on the global settings, all the cpu teams will make trades, but you will still have full control of your team.
