I love how you kept your sliders simple and mostly default. No need to change for nothing.

Yep, i wont name names as its not fair but some of the other slider sets ive seen have some drastic changes to some of the sliders, from what ive seen they are simply not needed, its changing for changing sake.

I believe in starting from Default and only tweaking whats really necessary.

Glad to hear they play well on Classic pitching too

As usual these play out really well....

I have had some low scoring games/a couple of 4-3's and a blowout 8-2 win.
Nice variety right there.

Just a couple of things i want to mention though:

1.Wild Pitches - I am typically seeing between 2-4 per game(No idea if this is realistic or not, i am just throwing it out there in case it is too high/low)

2.Strike Frequency - Even using the workaround I am seeing higher than normal strike numbers by the cpu. Nowhere in the region of what it was pre workaround but still a little up(Typically 68-70% and around 63-65% First pitch strikes).
Again not that far from realistic numbers but i wonder if knocking the Strike Frequency slider down 1 would bring these numbers down the 7 or so percent?
I might give this a try for the next 5 or so games and see what the figures look like.

Yes, ive noticed this on every setting ive tried, HOF/AS, my sliders/default sliders, i think this is more a "game" problem than a slider one and something slider makers will struggle to fix.

Really? Definately keep trying - see what happens.

My last game last night was LAD @ TB, Price v Kershaw, both ended up around 63% overall strike %age, Kershaw was at 53% first strike %age, Price at 56%.

I would stick at 2 for some time and keep track.

All-Star, catcher cam for hitting and Timing, Broadcast for pitching, Pulse.

Why did you decide to go with all-star over hof? I played all star last year, but this year all-star seems too easy.

Played my first game with these in a Nationals franchise against the mets, great game. Lost 7-4 after giving up a grand slam to Mike Baxter of all people in the bottom of the 6th after pinch hitting for Strasburg in the top of the 6th when the game was tied at 3 (kicked myself for the rest of the night for pulling him too early with only 80 pitches). CPU strike percentage felt good, fielding plays were good, saw a couple infield singles legged out by some of my faster guys on ground balls (Span, Moore) to deep short where Tejada couldn't get the ball to first in time which is something i didn't notice before using these.

I used AS difficulty for everything, zone hitting, meter pitching and button accuracy for fielding. Really just wanted to say thanks and let people know that they seem to work well for these control schemes too.

Im kinda flitting between AS and HOF at the moment, playing games on both to get the feel for which suits me best this year.

Yep, on default there are hardly any infield hits, even for speed merchants, thats certainly not the case with the correct tweaking anymore

I think i was a bit too swing happy last night which led to the strike %'s being off.
Played another 3 this morning and %'s were pretty much bang on.

2 is the magic number...Why did i doubt you...

I have been using these on AS so far, but I may try HOF as well.

I played another two games last - a 4-3 walk-off loser against the Cubbies as the Fish in 12 innings and a 7-1 blowout of the Friars as the Brew Crew.

One thing I am seeing is A LOT of homeruns. I may either move up to HOF (so that solid contact is harder to come by) or drop Power a click. We will see, great job Psycho.

These are almost identical to what I changed playing on HOF across the board. Anything not the same is only one click off, aside from pitch speed (I use default). Glad to know I'm in good company.

These are close to identical for what I was using as well.

Always love your sliders, best set on OS. Only issue I have is I play with pure analog for both. Pitching wise these work with no changes needed but for some reason I was hitting a ton of lil dribblers even with solid contact, moved human solid hits up to 6 and it seemed to fix the problem. So if there's anyone using analog and having these same issues give this a try.
