That was why initially I didn't want to do lineups for the release

doesn't the 25-man roster help that?

Quick question about 30 team control... Does the ticker update with latest scores of other games played at the same time as your own? Never done this before and will do with this roster...

If you simulate all games but yours previous to your game for that day it will act as if those games are taking place while you play

Fantastic. But games that are due to start after yours will not I take? Not a major problem but having the ticker adds to the authenticity.... Right now I'm gonna set up my franchise :-) thanks again willard!

No you can stimulate any game on the day you want. They will take and display at the time they are supposed to take place on the ticker.

                Thanks guys.

Another question... I'm new to this game and I have mainly used the nationals. What teams would you recommend for my franchise that would be fun. I would like to be able to compete but not necessarily be the best team. The pitching line up for the nats is very good. I found I wasn't giving up many hits. I have thought about the cubs maybe with Bryant. Any suggestions?

hey guys first time, long time here. I was curious if anyone is going to put together an Opening Day roster with all the new attribute, equipment, facial, etc. edits that everyone worked so hard to do. I was really looking forward to starting a season with the correct and accurate real life rosters and let the transactions, injuries, etc. occur organically throughout the season.

                  -thanks

I'd say Cubs, Royals, Mets, Orioles, Mariners are all good choices for not over powering rotations that have a bit of hitting as well.

Has anyone run simulations to see if the real contracts work OK in a franchise mode environment?

I have read that turning budgets off helps

Thanks.... It may end up being a toss of the coin. I shouldn't have got myself really used to a team like I have done!

Quick question- in version 2 with real contract, it appears every team has 10 million in budget room. Just curious, what was the reasoning behind this?

                            Thanks!

I play with the Cubs. Fun team.

If I had to pick a new team to play with this season, I would go with Kansas City.

So much speed. So much contact ability. Gordon, Perez, Cain, and Hosmer are all studs. And the bullpen is just phenomenal.
