Well and that is what I was thinking. You can put these sliders in on a good team and they work great. You put these sliders in on a bad team you will struggle. Which you should. The Braves should have a higher ERA than the Dodgers or a good pitching team. But its not the sliders fault and now I feel like I'm cheating if I'm lowering a slider to make it easier.

Well I'm 40 and I have made some adjustments to these hitting wise but not much. I would say I have prob played 20 games with these sliders and they are pretty good as are. I would say play with them and see if you need to make adjustments for yourself everybody will be different

What adjustments did you make? Are you on Veteran hitting?

I am 54, so right behind you


The two things I would look at first if you struggle to hit a little bit is raise timing from 2 to 3 and play with pitch speed at 4/6


(I am actually playing 5/5 now as I have gotten better reading off-speed stuff out of the pitchers hand and waiting on it)

What adjustments did you make? Are you on Veteran hitting?

Yes veteran hitting and I have upped power from 4 to 5 even on Veteran. I just upped the power for the CPU as well but have not played a game with them upped yet. I think there is one other change I made but I will have to look next time that I'm on. It might have been to solid hits for both CPU and myself. I will get back to you

Just saw and animation of the first baseman taking it to the bag himself and touch the bag and pull off toward the pitcher to avoid the collision. Not sure if it is new but looked new to me

Another animation I have never seen the ball bounced to first off the bag and hit my 1B Greg Bird in the face he then grabbed the ball and ran to first

Ok so my last game for a couple days was with my LA Dodgers Fantasy team. With all the additions to my sliders. Pitchers duel all the way with a walk off HR by Trout in the 11th

SAN - HR, 2 HBP, 0 BB's, 12 K's
LAD - HR, SAC, SB, 2 BB's, 9 K's 7 of the K's coming off of Shelby Miller's Curveball which was nasty

Next game up with the Dodgers was against the Rockies

Second game VS Rockies

Yeah Syndergaard was pitching but still think I should have given up more hits

LAD - 3 Doubles, HR, HBP, GIDP, 1 BB, 8 K's
COL - SAC, 2 BB's, 8 K's

Thinking of upping the CPU hitting some more. I know Thor was pitching this game but even the last two games it was Urias and Taillon pitching and they dominated. Urias gave up 2 in 7 innings and Taillon gave up 1 in 8 on 2 hits.

I'm not sure if I started this franchise or not with these sliders but I have given up 5 runs in 6 games for an ERA of 0.64. My best pitcher is Thor then I have Nola, Snell, Taillon, and Urias all youngsters who should give up some runs. If I raise my level hitting I prob will suffer hitting wise. I'm not putting up a huge amount of runs on offense. I rank T-12 with 24. Leader has given up 31.

I haven sliders for CPU currently set at 5 for Contact, Power, and Solid hits with timing at 2. Does anybody have any suggestions

Leave as is if you are on HOF pitching and take CPU timing up a notch.

Alright will give it a shot next time I play.

I played two more games last night, Lost 2-0 in game 1 in Coors Field. That was back to back shutout games me shutting them out game 1 8-0 then losing 2-0. Then I won 6-2 I think the next game against the Cubs in Wrigley.
