I read that Ironhorse Stadium is the closest one in terms of the dimensions.

We played 14U

Griffith, Crosley, Polo Grounds and Ebbits are all exact dimensions. Fantastic fields. Best I have ever seen for Travel Baseball and we also got to play our first game at Coastal Carolina's field!!! AMAZING TIME!!!

Are my hero! I've played the show for over a decade and never even knew this. I'm perfectly fine with getting picked off once in a while, but the fact they get a good jump everytime is so much better.

Had the most incredible 3 game stretch I’ve ever had. Playing the last game of the Yankees/Orioles series. Orioles take the lead 5-4 in the top of the 9th on a squeeze play. Bottom of the 9th with 2 out and a runner on 2nd I bring in Voit to pinch hit for Bird and hit a walk-off homer. Then I switch to my Brewers franchise. First game against the Cards I’m down 1-0 going into the bottom of the 9th. I had only mustered 3 hits in the game. Cards bring in Hicks. Arica batting 8th gets a base hit, followed by pinch hitter Thames and Cain going out. Yelich comes up and on a 0-2 count hits a walk-off homer! Game 2 I’m up 4-1 after 5 but Cards tie it up in the 6th and then go ahead 7-4 in the 9th. Cards again bring in Hicks. He walks pinch hitter Spangenburg and Cain doubles. Yelich then hits a game tying 3-run bomb. Cards pull Hicks and bring in Leone. Braun strikes out. Then Travis Shaw comes up and hits a 452-ft walk-off homer. Simply incredible!! What an amazing game! Can’t wait to play again!!

After a fantastic week in Myrtle Beach SC at the Ripken Experience (3rd place finish and my boy was fire this past week, very proud of him) we are back at it tonight!

I should be streaming my 2 game set vs the Red Sox. I am going to use a old classic park since we do not have London. Will figure it out when I start the game. We sit 3.5 back of the dreaded Red Sox and Aaron Judge makes his return to the lineup!

Sounds awesome. I have a colleague whose son was there. Not quite sure what the ripken experience is but I know they had fun.

We are back on track and motoring to the All-Star Break in our 2017 Yankees Year 3 Franchise.

We split with the Red-Sox in London (Griffith Field) as a late Yankees Rally fell short in game 2. We were down 8-1 and stormed back on the strength of an Aaron Judge 3R HR (he would finish with 2HR and 4 RBI’s in his second game back since being on the IL for 45 days). The Yankees fell 8-7 in the end. The Yankees are fully healthy for the first time all season as they look to make a move on the AL East leading Red Sox. We currently sit 3.5 games back and had a cool June at the dish. Hopefully the July heat will get the bats back and we can make our March to October!!!

Yankees that look locked into the All-Star game are:

Gary Sanchez
Ardolis Chapman

Bryce Harper and Greg Bird are also having outstanding seasons as well as rookie Miguel Andujar.

Trade rumors are starting to swirl and of course we will have our annual July Trade Deadline update as teams look to makes moves.

Contract extension talks with 3B Nolan Arenado are heating up and it is believed to be a heavily front loaded deal. With many players under team control the Yankees are sitting pretty for the next 2 seasons easy. But they want to lock down the perennial All-Star for at least 5 years. The infield future looks bright with Nolan along with Trea Turner and Greg Bird. 2B is an area where they will have to make some decisions. Tyler Wade may be your 2B in 2020 as Edwardo Nunez and Ceaser Hernandez have expiring deals. It remains to be seen what the Bombers will do in he off-season in that department. Also Aaron Hicks is a pending free agent as well as veteran Jarrod Dyson. The Yankees have Clint Frazier waiting in the wings as well as hot shot Japanese prospect Walter Ryu.

Well as I close in on the end of June in year 3 of my Braves franchise I have alot of work to do to win my 3rd straight division title.

I just got sweep by the first place Phillies to fall 9.5 games behind them. What a turn around this season has been at one point I was 7 games ahead of them.

My bats have come alive in June but my pitching staff has been awful. I am now 19th in league with a 4.11 era. After the first month of the season I was first in Era. Lol.

I find myself sitting 1.5 behind the Brewers for the final wild card spot. But there is alot of baseball left. I just fired my pitching coach let's see if that gets my boys fired up. If not I may need to make some trades.

The one bright spot for me is that Ronald Acuna is on a 21 game hit streak.

Lol isnt it crazy when you can sense your pitching staff is starting to get shelled. Going through the same thing with my Brewers. I figure ill just mash and hone in on hitting until things settle down..every blooper, seeing eye ground balls, and errors. Oh, well. Who's up next?

Btw, A&S, i cant say i agree with the latest changes to the sliders, but i understand them. I think im seeing the same thing you are seeing,but i can live with the statistical "anomalies" every game for the challenge. Thanks again for giving me 5 great years of the show

Unwilling to pay Xander Bogaerts lucrative extension the 1st place Red Sox dealt the All-Star SS to the Cardinals!!! For a 3 for 1 deal!
Including pitcher Michael Wacha and 2B Kolton Wong

The CPU did this deal! And I let it be.

Stunning but the Red Sox have their eyes set on extending Betts and they gave Sale a record contract in the off season leading up to Year 3 so financially it makes sense.

But wow.....shockwave has gone through the clubhouse in Boston!

Played my Indians carryover today (did not stream it) losing 2 nothing to the Blue Jays. Bottom of the 9th, I manage to get 2 guys on (1st and 3rd) 2 outs and Bauers PH and sends a strong hit to Progressive's right field for a walk off........ No no no, hold the presses! BJ right fielder Pollock reaches up to full extension and robs a 3 run walk off shot. Boy got some serious air to shut out struggling Indians.

Wow I have had a crazy last two games. The Indians came to Atlanta for a interleauge battle for the final series before the allstar break and we are going to need a break after this series is over.
Game one was a 15 inning Indian win 10-9 and game two was a 13 inning Brave victory 9-7 on a walk off hr by Charlie Culberson.

I had to bring in one of my starters to pitch in game two. He was not scheduled to pitch until after the allstar break and my bullpen is so damn tired that I had no choice. The Indians had Corey Cluber warming up to come in when I hit my walk off. Lol. What a game.

On a side note the trades the first few days of july have been crazy. I have made a couple of trades that were offered to me by the CPU I acquired allstar left fielder Corey Dickerson who is having a career year with 22 hr before the break. He was the 2nd leading vote getter in the Al but was unhappy with the twins. I gave the twins Nelson Cruz and a A prospect shortstop for him. After that trade I had a very crowded out field with Acuna Mookie Betts and ender inciate and Autin Riley. So the next day the Royals offered me Jorge Bonifacio who is also having a great season and starting pitcher jerrold Bryant who is a 79 overall for Ender Inciarte. Both of the royals players were on there final year of there contracts and ender just signed a 3 year deal last year.

The Redsox just traded Jd Martinez to the Indians for Danny Salazar and Colby Rasmus. That is just on of the big name players to be traded since July 1st. Dansby Swanson who I traded last year was traded also Joey Gallo was traded. Starling Marte was traded to the Yankees. And so many more. Sorry for such a long post. Lol. But there is so much to talk about in my show universe. I love this F*****g game
