In the game....play it on High Performance not 4K. Set your TV to game mode as well for your picture so you get zero lag. Also I play The Show with the HDR setting off (again you can toggle that in the games video settings).

Madden and 2K on the other hand look amazing on 4K HDR.

But this game on the PS4 Pro...High Performance and no HDR is awesome sauce.

When u say high performance do you mean sharper? Only options mine says is balanced, faster, and sharper. When i turned hdr off and it set to sharper the motion wasn’t smooth, kind of jerky. HDR on and set to balanced makes it’s smoother, not jerky. When hdr is off though the game is a lot brighter, which I like, but hdr off and set to sharper it’s unplayable to me because it’s to jerky, not smooth. I do have game mode on also. Using a Samsung 65” KS8000.

Mid-Season Contract Extensions Update On The OP for our 2017 Yankees Year 3 Franchise!!

Some very interesting deals. The Red Sox traded Bogarts (CPU initiated trade to the Cardinals) and the Red Birds extended Xander 5 years for 100MM IMO a very team friendly deal and Xander has a player option for year 6. He will be 31 in his 5th year so he may still cash in on another big deal.....or not.

The Red Sox gave Mookie a franchise player deal indeed and front loaded it. They got back Diaz at SS from the Cards so they have team control on him for two more seasons.

The Astros locked in Altuve, Bregman and Degrom

The Rangers extended power hitting 3B/OF Joey Gallo

The Cubs now have an infield for the next 6-7 years of Rizzo, Baez, Machado and Bryant. Wow!!!

And we (Yankees) went ahead and gave Arenado a front loaded monster extension. And also made two small but key extensions to recently acquired veteran relievers Adam Ottavano, and Danny Farquer. Both are former closers who can provide stability. We also extended CF Aaron Hicks (not shown on the OP) for 5 years at 10MM per season (level contract).

Gary Sanchez, Aaron Judge, Trea Turner, Miquel Andújar, Greg Bird, Luis Severino, Clint Frazier, Domingo German are all under team control for several more seasons. Aaron Judge however wants an extension and the team is still in deep negations to lock up Judge to a 10 year monster contract. It is believed they are working out front of back loaded options plus a player option.....Judge wants less years and the Yankees want at least 8. We shall see if they can get it done this season or will Judge go to Arbitration again this off-season? He is having a tough year, injuries and his batting average has fallen off a cliff thus far. However he is the face of the franchise along with Bryce Harper (locked in for 10 years) and now Nolan Arenado.

The Yankees want to make sure they can retain Sanchez and Bird as well. So back loading Judges deal is the preference due to his age. He is young and has plenty of years left of top flight production.

Still the best sliders out there if you're looking for a challenging, realistic set. I used to be a zone/meter guy but Armor has changed my approach to directional/classic and I could never imagine going back! I'm thinking about trying a rebuild franchise with someone like the Tigers.

Would you mind explaining the 1 for 1 on changing a reliever to starter and vise versa? I’m not close to the offseason but just wondering how it works exactly.

If you are increasing a pitchers stamina say from a value of 65 to a value of 75 you would decrease their durability the same value downward. EG Durability is 80....now it will be 70.

It is the price you pay to balance the ratings.

Ok so I am looking for some feedback.

I am sitting in a wonderful position with my Year 3 Yankees team. I have the following players under team control for the next few seasons:

Judge - 3 more years
Turner - 5 more years
Sanchez - 2 more years
Severino - 3 more years
German - 3 more years
Bird - 2 more years
Andujar - 5 more years



I can sit back and play Moneyball or I can buy out some years and get decent value on 5-6-7 year contracts.

If I wait on Judge he will cost me close to 32-33MM per season by the time he is up for free agency. But that is why I front loaded Arenado’s deal. So I would have cap flexibility when Judge is up for FA.

I can lock up Greg Bird for 10MM per season and he is a beast for me. I rake with the Birdman. I am very inclined to do so and also front load it so I have a lot more $$$ flexibility when Judge and Sevi come up for renewal.

I can be aggressive with Trea Turner. He is so young. But I can lock him up a lot cheaper right now for 5 years and pay him later.

Thoughts?

Hey armor, sorry if this is a silly question. I’ve been trying to understand the foul frequency slider, other than it producing more or less fouls obviously. Why is it at 3 for all star and 4 for HOF? What difference does it make in gameplay other than more fouls?

So yesterday I'm playing my year 3 of my Braves franchise and the power goes out at my house during a rain storm. When the playstation comes back on its stuck in safe mode. So I had to reset my playstation and lost all my data. I am a playstation plus member so I wasnt worried about losing my franchise but after I rebooted everything and went in to my stored data to upload my franchise nothing was f*****g there. So it looks like I have lost my 3 year franchise. I'm so freaking mad. I think I want to cry. The only in my saved data is April of year 2 of my franchise. I can start from that point or I may just start a new franchise with this years brave team.
