It is hard to say. It could be slumps or just bad timing.

      These are fantastic!
I played about 4 games last night and loved them.
I started my yearly Reds season last night in which I play all 162 games.
I won in opening day 6-5 over the nationals.
I don’t know if the stats could have been any better.
I scored a run in the bottom of the 8th to take the lead.
Cin 6 runs on 10 hits. One HR and 5 doubles.
      I struck out 7 times.
Washington had 5 runs on 12 hits. They had 1 HR and 4 doubles.
      They struck out 8 times.
Great job on these. It really feels like a game of MLB.

Absolutely. Noticed almost instantly. That combined with the fact that pitching certainly hasn’t gotten any more difficult has been disappointing to me. Hopefully I can figure something out soon.

          Thanks for the feedback.

Those look like good numbers. Our goal is to get that hit variety cause that is what makes this game stand out the best.

I feel like the pitching has got a little tougher. Last year, right off the bat we were getting 15+ strikeouts per game. This is the first year that I can make the sliders close to default.

Are you just not seeing enough teeth for the CPU?

I know from testing, I was getting hammered with CPU power at 6. I just couldn't slow that down. Power at 5 and 6 is a big difference. 5 does seem a little weak at times but with lower consistency, you'll give them more meatballs to compensate.

I recommend the one made by strictlysports20. That’s his psn. The roster is called “complete franchise update v5”

I Have Hum contact at 6 with hum control and consistency at 4 with cpu contact and power at 6

                    First game L 2-0 pit 8 hits / Me 6
                    Second L 11-2 phi 11 hits/ me 8
This game was wild a W 13- 11 VS Yankees both with 17 hits and both bullpens getting torched
With this setup great teams feel lethal and u need to be precise

Yeah, power at 6 is a game-changer for the CPU. I was getting rocked in testing with power at 6. I just don't know if you can also shut the good teams down as well. Or if every game against a good team is going to be a slugfest. Keep us posted on how it goes for you.

Oh that makes sense. That is something to consider with power at 6.

                            Hey folks,
I'm from Europe where baseball extreamly unpopular so i have a few questions about statistics becouse i dont know if my gameplay and stats are relistic even i using these sliders.

First of all in my games most of time teams (me and cpu separate) make about 3-10 strikeouts. Is it normal ? not too low not too high ? How about hits numbers. What hit numbers in match would be considerend to high unrelistic ?

And walks ? As a hitter i manage 1walk a game about. One time i make 2. But when i pitching i never made walk. Is it relistic ?

                            Cheers.

Hey, thanks for using these sliders. The numbers are below. These numbers are from MLB in 2023. So they are averages so you can have a wide variety from one game to the next.

Hits: 8.6 per game each team
Strikeouts: 8.8 per game each team
Walks: 3.3 per game each team
Home Runs: 1.4 per game each team
Runs: 4.8 per game each team

                              I hope this helps.

Apparently a patch is dropping tomorrow, and this immediately caught my attention...

Fixed an issue where the CPU was throwing balls at an excessively high rate.
I have not had any issues with this at all, so not sure what SDS is thinking on this one, hopefully it's nothing drastic.
People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.
