I do like the way that mound visits can really help or hurt pitcher confidence. I've gone out to the mound with a guy who is a little shaken, I think he had a 4 for confidence, and seen him shoot up to 7. I've seen some guys not react at all to their manager, and I've seen a couple guys fall apart when they get their little pep talk. Pretty sure it's based on the quality of the manager too since it almost always goes up when I go to the mound with the Nats manager. Much better than stamina simply getting better or worse.

Call arguing is pretty nifty too... the whole little intensity good vs. bad system is great. Also dependent on manager quality. Gives the team a ratings boost if you get your say in without getting kicked out of the game.
Oh yeah, the whole suspense system they have in place is awesome. In past games, a negative mound visit would result in lost stamina. That was alright. But with this suspense thing (pressure is the right word here I guess), it affects the pitching cursor. It works very well, and there's a bunch of different levels of pressure. One is basically all over the strike zone, while others are like a quarter of the strike zone. Very cool.

      Thanks, Graphic, I appreciate it.

I like how the scoreboard shows the players current stats at least I noticed this at Jacobs Field in Cleveland. I assume it is for every stadium in the game.

I like how the wind direction affects the ball and the flags blowing. If the wind is blowing out, I will basically give up alot of dingers, my pitching sucks also.

I also like how the dust from the catcher's mitt blows in the same direction as the wind.
