We'll guys I'm into my 3rd game with no problems. Before I started this game I decided to clear my cache because I was noticng some framerate stuff. I must say the game seems to be running very nice. Fielders seem to be respondsing much better also. Especially infielders.

I did turn inning highlights off before I started this game because ,the last game played players was just @ a stand still during last AB highlights & my paranoia started to set in LOL

yep. i'm getting pissed because i'm enjoying the game now that it's playing decently. I'm about to try one more time.

How do you reformat the HDD? I deleted my NBA2k6 files but, I got the freeze now in the first inning. What can i do now??

yep. i'm getting pissed because i'm enjoying the game now that it's playing decently. I'm about to try one more time.

I still have mine sealed. This is my 3rd copy and I don't want to open it if I'll get locking up like everyone else.

Since i reformatted i have not got one freeze in like 30 games.So from all this stuff i'm hearing about the patch i'm not going to download it.If nothing else is added to the patch except for the so called fix for freezing than i not going to even waste my time to download it

How can I go back and not accept the auto update? and how do you reformat?? what does that do? What would I lose?

We'll just got my @$$ handed to me by the White Sox 10-4. Thome had 2 bombs. Gave up 19 hits. Again the game seemed much smoother after I cleared-up my cache. 3 games no freeze's.

I'm not sure what's going on & feel bad for the people who are still/now having problems. I haven't had 1 problem with title since day-1 & I downloaded the Patch.

I hope those who are still holding on to this game can get to play-it without any problems, because behind those problems is a pretty descent baseball game

In the memory section on the 360 what is actually being deleted?? maybe i am not deleting something right?

I hope those who are still holding on to this game can get to play-it without any problems, because behind those problems is a pretty descent baseball game

Big since you downloaded the patch have you noticed any improvement in the gameplay as far as diving,lag(throws from 3rd to first)smoother animations any difference in your eyes

Truth delete all MLB Files. After you delete all your MLB files from the HDD(via the XBL Dashboard). Power-down your system. (via the guide button) Wait about 30 seconds. The use your giude button to power-up your 360. While your 360 is powering-up hold the "A" button down until you see the Take-2, 2K Sorts logo's with the writting @ the bottom. When you see this let-go off the "A" BUTTON.

This wil clear your cache. After that let the game load & see what happens. Last thing don't create a VIP when asked.

Yes in reference to framerate. As for players diving I noticed my infielders making some diving stops. I would this was more after I downloaded the patch & cleared my cache.

I deleted the two roster mlb files is that all I am suppose to have? and Do I do all that while I put the game in or do that before I put the game in? Sorry...I am not fully grasping the part about holding A down and getting a logo.

BIGFNJOE... I TOO, have been one of the lucky ones to not experience a single freeze since launch. I do suffer from swing lag 1/2 the time (yes, tried low NO zoom) ,however. Has the patch eliminated this IYO? Has the patch limited the OF arms a bit?
