I really don't see what the problem is. Its sad if you can't afford $50 a year for xbl. Its clearly where the 360 shines the most. They also have the silver accounts which allow u to get game updates for free. This does not surprise me to see the DVD being maxed out at some point for games. Hopefully MS will do something about that.

Re: "game informer" tidbit from 2k sports forum.
It will be some time before a game will actally use all of the space available on a BD-25. I will almost bet that no game on PS3 exceeds 10 GB as of right now. For movies the reason they went to BD-50 was because of all the sound format options taking up large amounts of space.
Kolbe over in the MLB forums said mlb 08 is a disc that "is nearly full"Bummed that you're not on my ignore list yet?.....Don't worry, I'm sure you will be very soon.Comment

I have a feeling that a lot of their code is messy, and when the time comes they will be able to do what they can to compress memory as much as possible. In that regard, they probably still have a long way to go when it comes to completely maxing out the disc.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Yeah, audio takes up way more space than everything else. It's the biggest obstacle in cutting the game down to an appropriate size for a demo.Comment

Kush can we change our pitchers this year from the mound when we do a "mound visit"? ThanksComment
-
Re: "game informer" tidbit from 2k sports forum.
Nope, the Mound Visit is intended just as a visit - to try to calm your pitcher down and/or give the pen more time to warm up. If you want to sub, just choose sub. Or mound visit and then sub right after if you want your reliever to get in a few extra tosses in the pen.Comment
