    New ESPN Baseball Developer

This is from Fatpitcher at Digitalsportspage:

"From what I understand, Kush is taking over baseball. They seem to be doing a good job with the other games, so hopefully they'll be able to patch up the weak spots in baseball for next season. It's definitely not going to be easy for them, though. A lot of the code base needs replacing, either because it's legacy code that wasn't very good, or because it was licensed (Renderware, etc.)."

Yeah I think that's a major problem with the baseball game (especially the swing animations). The core gameplay was pretty good IMO - aside from a few problems.

Does anybody have any information about Kush? I've never heard of them...

They do ESPN College Hoops. I think they might do ESPN NHL Hockey too.

Thanks NYJets!! Unfortunately I've never played either of those games. I'm more of a Baseball, Football, Golf guy... Maybe I'll rent one of those and see how it is.

Hopefully they can pull ESPN baseball together and make it the game many of us think it could be.

I actually wish that VC was doing it rather than Kush, but I'm guessing that Kush could pull it off as well.

Kush Games is an up-and-coming development house. They know sports and sports gaming - and they're one of my personal favorites.

They've made solid games in the past, and you'll see just how far they've come with ESPN NHL next week.
I'd also argue that Kush's ESPN College Hoops was the best basketball title at E3.

I'm delighted to hear that they're taking over for Blue Shift for next year's ESPN baseball title.
