    My only two gripes with this set are the cpu doesnt score enough and I dont hit enough HRS.
    My bad thought there were numerous voters lol, sorry.........I hear ya on CPU needing to hit more, I have mine set at 45 contact 100 power for them, seems somewhat ok, need to not hit so many corners when pitching, cant be perfect all the time ya know

      I have been playing with these sliders a lot. I am 9-3 in my franchise and I am trying to tweak little things here and there to get the computer to score more runs and my pitchers to not be Halladay every game. I agree with your pitcher compurse slider at 75. I have only tested it in one game, but Hamels definitely wasn't super human and the game played out great. Just trying to gauge a perfect power number for myself. I have the computer at 40/100, and I am liking what I am seeing so far. I am at 40/40 for myself. If it wasn't for BFJ I am not sure where I would be with this game, but his base sliders have made this game stellar so far. Now just trying to figure out the Top 100 Prospects, which is a mess!

        I haven't tried the tweaks yet, but wouldn't it make sense for you to turn down the human contact to 45? Am I seriously the only one who finds it way too easy to hit when you're ahead in the count?

        I understand... you already explained that when you had the contact below a certain point, it became too difficult to hit pitches in the strike zoze. But when it is at 50...for me it becomes way too easy. I was able to hit for extra bases nearly everytime I got ahead in the count.

        I will try these new tweaks and report back. Hopefully the power decrease will compensate for the heavy hitting...otherwise I guess I will just stick the contact at 45.

          dregos, you can tweak these to your liking. If 45 is the # for you great. For some people that # may be lower for some even higher. Remember these are a BASE. A start point for people to tweak til their hearts content.

          Also if your finding the AI Pitching too easy, bump the AI Pitch Success up to 65 & see how that works for you.

          BTW, has anyone seen the Close Camera activate during the game? In the DEMO it looked really on steals & close plays @ 1st, but I haven't seen it once

            ive seen the close game activate on forceouts at first base. both times it was out by a mile and the "close cam" wasn't even necessary. Come to think of it, I haven't seen one close play at homeplate....I don't think i've ever even seen an out at home...

            I hope this patch ends up fixing everything...especially the WEIRD franchise stats.

              I've finally tried using classing swing controls with these sliders after playing my first 15 games of my pirates chise with swingstick and I think it works out much better. Much more variety in swings with classic controls I dont use left stick aiming either and it still works very well, I was either getting HR's or striking out with swingstick and it seemed no matter what if the ball was in the strike zone i could hit it which shouldnt be the case.

              All my sliders are exactly the same as you have them set up though except i keep the User power at 75(because of using classing swing) and CPU power at 90 and of course classic swing. Now my games are much more balanced and Im losing games now.

              Thanks Joe now once the patch comes out i can start my real franchise with my Phils.

                    1 e (catcher nuked a throw to 1st on a sac bunt play)

                    9 total doubles
                    3 total triples
                    1 total homers

                    I didn't get to verify anything on the fatigue bug, as I chased the Indians starter out of the game after the 3rd innning. They did use a total of 4 pitchers though.

                      Everyone is making a fuss with this classic hitting. I do not want to use the L stick, I think I am sticking with the hit stick. I moved up AI Pitch Success to 65. I was rocking the AI pitching too often and was winning 5 games in a row. I move up the slider to 65 and I lose 3-1, but I had plenty of chances to score but Hudson pitched a great game.

                            Not that this is a great test-sample or anything, but I've played 1 and watched 2 games so far. All 3 games have had the CPU offense on fire.

                            St Louis has 13 runs on 21 hits in the one that just finished.

                            The good: Its really nice seeing the check swings and umpire appeals in and functioning. I also feel like I'm seeing more hit variety.

                            The fatigue counter is still reverting back to 99 once a pitcher hits 20 fatigue.....but, I've watched the CPU manager being, at very least, improved in how it handles pitchers. The bullpen has certainly been used in these 3 games.

                            I'm really interested to see what others are finding in their played games.

                              I took a 6-4 beating to the Reds and beat the division leading Pirates 4-3 in 10 innings. Hit counts were decent. Computer seems to put quite a few together but I think it is a function of my pitches. Actually cleaned the up a bit in the second half of the second game. How do you check swing? Also can't remember are you guys using batters eye. My plate displine is getting worse by the game lately.

                                The CPU power has definitley been adjusted post patch. they hit them out the park like crazy. I played 2 games and I gave up about 8 homeruns. pitch the ball over the plate, and the cpu crushes it.

                                The cpu does seem to take more pitches but they also get alot of hits.
