The meter is pretty useless at every setting. And at 0 it takes longer to fully load your throw so it actually tones down the arm strength a little. I like it personally.

After playing since the patch is there a Comeback Meter, or something of that nature, In 3 thus far that i have been up by a few runs they will go on this rampage in 1 particular inning were everyone and i mean everyone will start hitting and having a perfect eye.

I had to shut the game off last night, i was 8-0 last night and in the 8th inning i went through 2 relievers and no matter what i through they got hit after hit after hit and would not swing at anything that was anything close no matter the average, as it became 8-6 with bases loaded a weak hitter came up and hit a double, i shut the game off it was rediculous?

I dont think its the contact issue, cause i had np going 8-0 the cpu had like 6 hits nothing linked to score. This has happened 3 times its getting annoying.

I think you might be on to something.
I can not close out a game, in my Reds season I am 0 for 3 in save situations.
No matter what I throw with a lead in the 9th the cpu kills me.

Im 1 for 1. Mine was in Fenway with a 3 run lead. Having Rivera always helps too. The cutter is nasty!

Are the sliders posted in the 1st message updated, or are they updated somewhere else in the thread? I don't feel like looking through 29 pages lol.

Ok & 1 more question. Should I change anything if I want to start playing with classic batting style rather than with the stick? Or is this for stick only?

These will not work for classic hitting, try the Holy Grail sliders.

I am using these sliders but I noticed that 80% of the time if you use the contact swing you get a base hit. Has anyone else seen this?

Yeah I've noticed it too. And it's probably more than 80% actually. Not really sure what the fix is...

...Another thing I've noticed, which is unrelated to sliders...but every-time a throw comes in from the outfield, it goes to the cutoff man, even on close plays at the plate...there's been quite a few instances where I know I would've been out had the throw not gone to the cutoff man.

Yeah I started to notice this when playing as the cardinals I was able to get a ton of hits with David Freese 68 overall and pretty much none with Ludwick.

Well I was not able to get a hit 80% of the time last night!!!
I was no hit through 7.1 innings by Zach Duke of the Pirates in my Reds season.
It was a really fun and enjoyable game even though I struggled.
I ended up breaking up the no no in the 8th witha base hit by Bruce I then followed that up with another hit by Rolen and a 3 run homer by Hernandez to take a 3-2 lead.
The Pirates retook the lead 4-3 heading into the 9th but I scored 3 more in the 9th to win the game 6-4. I actually saw something I had never seen before, a dropped ball by an OFer. Milledge dropped a routine fly ball that allowed a run to score in the 9th. The Pirates actually had 3 errors! The other 2 were passed balls by their catcher.
